LET’S TALK ABOUT JAMES CHARLES… | Ep #59 | Bangin’ Out w/ Kayla Malecc & Jacob Sartorius
And can I also say that like this. project is not like James Charles. project. It's painted.org which is his. makeup brand. Like this is all in one. promotion for his makeup as well. It is. also [laughter] so spoiler alert for. people who don't know much about this. aing tax write off. This is a huge tax. write off for James Charles because he's. putting it under his business which is. giving him exposure for his makeup which. is also a huge tax write off for. painted. So he this is literally him. making moreing money guys. Like this is. a goddamn tax write off in case you.
didn't know. To sit here now and put. pictures of us collabing back when I was. 18 years old and saying it's a picture. of us collabing saying but you guys were. buddy buddy. We unfortunately did. collab. It is something that I think was. very stupid and look if I could go back. in time and be like you dumb [ __ ] I. would. Okay. But we were never friends. and that is literally publicing. information. Just because we collabed. once when I was 18 does not make us. friends. I'm not mad at James Charles. because he stole my man and that's the. only reason I'm mad at him and calling.
him out for pet. Literally, you are. soing delusional and it literally makes. me so mad. Like I if you genuinely have. this image of me and his drama in your. head, I beg you to go back a year back. in videos. Rewatch all the proof that I. had, the text messages, the phone calls, James video, my videos, everything. because never said he was my friend. Was. never mad that he stole my man. was mad. that he knew that that that Evan Johnson. was an abuser and flew him out to. California and lied to me about it. >> BANGING OUT. >> Welcome back to the Banging Out podcast. >> I'm your host wearing my shorts. You.
don't know what I'm going to do. Jacob, >> that literally did not rhyme or make any. [ __ ] sense literally at all. But I'm. glad that it makes you happy. >> That's your Okay. What? Why don't you. intro? That's a you problem. >> Okay, girl. And I'm Hey, GIRL. [screaming]. OKAY. >> OKAY, GIRL. >> SO, how is your day going, girl? >> I literally am getting on a flight right. after this and I'm really excited. I'm. going to the big Nashville, but I'm only. staying for like 3 days this time cuz. I'm actually burned out. I'm burned out.
Nashville's taking it out of me and I'm. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm missing the 101. Like, I'm just. burnt out of like. >> the the boonies right now. Like, I'm. burnt out of it. >> What are the boonies? >> It's when you are driving and see. nothing but fields for miles. >> Is that what Nashville is? >> Where recently? Yes. And I'm just over. it right now. Like I actually can't. So, but I'm going there. >> So, but you're going back. >> Yeah. Yeah. Like literally right after. we film this. So, you know what? I. decided to get a nice buzz going before. we go because I will be able to sleep.
that entire flight. I'm going to go to. the airport. Hopefully, like I have a. good buzz. Order like three mimosas. Chug them and you're out like a light. the whole flight. >> Out like a light. >> Light. Like a light. Like a light. When. I was going to Gasparilla in January, me. and Noah, we like chugged mimosas. And. then um I got on the flight stuff for 6. hours. >> Nice. >> So I'm just saying if you're of age, get. very drunk at the airport and it will. help you out. >> I used to do that. >> We you I took my first airport shot with. you when we ran into each other. That. was. >> right after you turned 21. >> Yeah, that was actually the best day of.
my life. That was actually really nice. I will say I use my fake ID a lot of the. times. I never would try it at story. time. There was I would never use my. fake ID at an airport cuz in no world is. a $30 overpriced shot worth getting on. the no-fly list. In no world is that. worth it. Like get drunk before if. you're like that much of an alkey. Okay. Well, [laughter]. >> huh, >> dude. Is that what you're saying? >> I went I flew this guy to Europe like 2. years ago. Long story. Ended up being. gay. Like came out to me while we were. in the city of love, Paris. And um.
[laughter]. >> Oh, I found this out after he repeatedly. kept trying to [ __ ] me in the ass, but. whatever. So [laughter]. anyways, he um we get to the airport. He. we are both 19 years old and he's like. I'm going to go get a shot of whiskey. and I was like [snorts] no like I just. bought your plane ticket. You're. actually going to risk that? He goes up. to the bar in Tampa International. Airport and uses a fake ID to get a shot. of whiskey. >> And it worked. >> And it worked. But I was like you are. the stupidest mother to risk going to. Europe for 2 weeks all for a goddamn.
shot of whiskey. >> Hey hey alcohol is a strong thing, man. >> Well, >> it builds bombs. >> It pissed me the off. I'm not going to. lie. But that just reminded me of that. Anyways, how was your week? >> Um, it was interesting. I'll say that. Uh, it was good. It was bad. >> Do you want to get into it now or. >> I mean, I could just quickly uh say. that, you know, I got a call from. someone that I haven't spoke to in a. while. That was that was pretty good. Um, then well, I get off the phone and. there's a wild cat outside my door.
Where did this thing come from? It had a. caller, but it didn't have a phone. number or anything. >> Can I say Jacob face? It's aggressive. It's aggressive. He facetimes it and the. cat's sitting there like at the front. door. Sweetest Bengal cat ever. He's. like, "Bro, it's aggressive. Like, it's. going to attack me.". >> A Bengal cat is part wild. >> Literally, it had a [ __ ] bell collar. around its neck. >> Okay. Okay. Let me like That's. [laughter]. >> like, can I like, >> mind you, was scared for his life.
>> Okay. Yeah. Well, you know what? I. actually got the courage to go outside. and grab the cat and I brought it to an. animal shelter rescue. That's nice. Signs around our whole apartment complex. saying, "Found cat. Call this number." I. actually got a call from a person and. they went and picked up their. >> Wait, actually, you didn't. >> Wait, actually, >> cuz I am the man. Yes. >> Lowkey worst cat owners of all time. They were moving and it got out. But. look, I I was like, "Look, you could go. pick it up from the shelter." I'm not.
going to lie. I was like, "That's what. you could do." And then they were like, "Really? You brought it to the shelter?". I was like, "Yeah, I have two cats." And. it was just sitting outside without. food, without water. I brought it water. and then it wasn't drinking the water. and then I was like throwing food out. there and it was eating it fast. So I. was like, "Oh, it's hungry." So then I. brought it to the um I brought it to the. animal shelter and then then I'm like, "Okay, wow, what a crazy day. Just. dropped the cat off, right?" Then I'm. like, I meet up with my guy. We're. filming some music promo content, new.
music. And then um and I get a call from. the valet at the building and they go, "Hi, um somebody hit your car." Um and I. was like. I was just like, "Bro, today is not my. day. Today is not my day." And um I was. like, "Oh, did that just happen?" "No. Oh, no. It happened 5 hours ago." I'm. like, "What? >> What?" And they were like, "Oh, we've. been trying to get a hold of you." Um. no, I would have got a phone call.
[laughter] And so I just feel like they. didn't want me to go down there and. start yelling at people. But you know, sometimes guys, I'm capable of being. very scary. >> Oh, >> did you know that. >> you couldn't scare an ant on the floor? >> Show us your scary side, Jacob. I want. to see it. >> Okay, ready? Okay, so you who who hit my. car here? >> Emma. >> Emma. >> Emma. >> Emma, what the [ __ ] [laughter]. >> Emma, you hit my car. What the hell? What the [ __ ] [laughter]. >> IT WAS THE PISS. I'm so sorry.
>> You [ __ ] hit my car. What the piss? >> I'm so sorry. It was an accident. >> Are you kidding me? >> Yes. [laughter]. >> Yeah. See, be real. Are people a little. bit shivering in their business? >> No. That actually let me laugh. >> Oh. >> Can I say though with the cat situation, the way that our apartment complex. responded to that situation is. >> it was ridiculous. I have a cat on my. balcony that's just sitting there, doesn't know where to go, and is just. constantly.
And then my cats are freaking out. And. then I'm calling the apartment. I'm. like, "Hey, I've got a cat outside my. place. Can you send a message saying. there's a cat on the roof of the. building?" And they were like, "Um, sorry. That's not our responsibility. Um, I don't know if we're going to be. able to do that." I'm like, "You guys. send out [ __ ] emails about yoga. class tonight in downstairs in the. dungeon." Like, [laughter] but you can't. say there's a living animal on the top. floor. And [laughter] then I had to. print out the pieces of paper that said.
found cat. I had to do it all. And you. know, I was just very stressed out. I I. was calling different shelters and I. literally was like losing sleep because. I was like, I cannot have a cat die on. my watch. That would be like the worst. thing. And. >> Yeah. >> And also, if I didn't have cats already, I would have probably taken the cat. >> Yeah. >> Cuz it didn't have a chip when I brought. it to the shelter. So then um but I got. a call from one of the signs. I put up. But yeah, that was that's just one of.
the days I've had. Um, and yeah, I mean, life's just been very unexpected. >> And it's because you disrespected the. spirits. >> Oh, on our bonus episode, we on. bangingout.com, um, we talked like for like an hour. about spirits and I was saying like I. personally. I was like not as open to the idea. >> You were laughing at ghost stories. You. were laughing at them. >> Okay. Yeah. Okay. I was okay guys. I was. and um and all this happened on Thursday.
and [laughter] we filmed on Wednesday. Not even 24 hours later, all this stuff. happened, which honestly I said out. loud. I'm not even going to lie. You. know what, guys? You guys will say this. is growth. I want you to say that after. I say this. >> I said out loud, "Oh, my mic has a. boner.". >> Um no, I didn't say that. I said out. loud. I said I said um I said you know. what I'm open to the possibility that. there are real and I admit it. Okay, just stop [ __ ] with me.
>> See this is why this is what you [ __ ]. get. This is you disrespect the spirit. realm and they'll bring negativity into. your life. >> and that's growth. >> and that is growth. >> Hey, thank you man. >> There we go. Richie, you're welcome. You're welcome. >> Um [clears throat] yeah, so that's. that's pretty much it. Um well, what do. you have in your hair? >> Oh, tinsel. I actually did Emma's. tinsel, guys. I'm a [ __ ] certified. hair stylist now. I was doing tinsel. I'm a tinsel god now. >> What is tinsel, >> dude? It's like this [ __ ] This like. It's like tinsel. >> Confetti. >> and you like clip it in your hair. I. ordered a whole kit. I did Emma's this.
morning. It was really fun. I'm like. addicted now. >> It's like somebody shot a confetti. cannon and then ironed the hair. >> It looks like I got back from a rave or. something. Like I like. >> It looks like you do hard drugs. >> Does it? >> Mhm. >> You know when I tell. >> Can you see me? >> Yeah, dude. You know, when I tell people. that I don't smoke [laughter] weed, they're like actually shocked because I. I guess I I give the vibe that I'm a. smoker. >> I do, too. All my comments recently are. like, "Jacob must be so high to film. this video." I'm like, "No, I'm just. cooked in the head. [laughter] I just. have mental health problems.". >> I do smoke a lot, but everyone I never.
have ever smoked on this podcast. Never. once. Never once. And every single. person thinks that I'm high because I'm. squinting because I can't [ __ ] see. [laughter] because I'm blind. >> Don't smoke, guys. I'm not high. 90% of. the time I am, but not here. I'm just. blind to [ __ ] [laughter]. >> They're like, "Damn, she must have. ripped the ball.". >> I'm like, "No, I'm just blind.". >> Big toes back there. Like, [laughter]. >> like, "What do you guys do? You and. Richie are just getting high.". >> Bacon back here. [laughter].
>> Dude, let's go, man. Um, what have you. been up to? Did you already say that? >> I did actually just answer that. [clears throat]. >> Oh, you've been You were in Nashville. You're going back to Nashville. >> Yeah, I'm going I I Yeah. Yeah, that is. true. Um. Hm. >> I'm really excited. I'm so Well, yeah. I'm excited. >> What? You sound conflicted. >> No, I just like I just like I just. haven't been home, you know? Just. >> Oh, like home. Home home. >> Like here home. Like I've barely been in. LA. So, I'm just I'm excited. I'm have. like two weeks straight here, which will.
feel good. >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. I got scammed again on. Airbnb. Actually, I actually need to. share that again. Again. Again, again. I. literally I swear to [ __ ] God. I. swear to [ __ ] god I'm going to make a. goddamn app my self where you will not. get scammed and if you get scammed you. will get rewarded the entire bank. account of the person who scammed you. cuz I'm [ __ ] sick dude I have been. scammed more times I get account bro. okay so first we have the verbbo lady. the verbbo [ __ ] [ __ ] who literally. took a passport for ransom okay I logged.
into my not even my goddamn account I'm. using my friend's Airbnb account to book. a rental for a vacation my friend. group's going on soon okay I find this. house after hours of searching I'm like. It's beautiful. It's in my price range. It's perfect. I need it. I book it. Okay. An hour after booking it for the. dates that were available, she texts me. and she goes, "Hi. Um, unfortunately the. house isn't available for those dates, but we can move you to a new unit for. the same price. The new owner will like. honor the price of the past Airbnb for.
I'm like, "Okay.". >> She sounds crunchy. >> She was crunchy. So, she's saying that. the place that I booked for those dates. that she approved me for are just not. available anymore. So, she sends me a. new unit. I'm expecting since she's. saying she'll honor the same price that. it'll be like just as nice of a house. >> Yeah. Like her other property. >> This woman sends me. Yes. The one pro. It's on the beach. Love that. Right on. the ocean. >> Toes on the beach. >> This [ __ ] doesn't even sleep the same. amount of people. It is a shared unit. It is a shared unit. It is a shared. [ __ ] unit. Probably the square.
footage of my apartment that is supposed. to sleep eight people. I rented a house. A whole [ __ ] house. and she moves me. to a shared unit with a stranger that. will not even fit half of the people. So. I'm like, "Brother, what the are we. doing?" So then I I'm just like, I can't. [ __ ] do this [ __ ] And now I I'm like. >> going to give you your money back. >> Yeah. Like thank god it never went. through. It never went through cuz she. was. >> You never sent it. >> Thank god on like honestly thank you for. the one thing that is good in my life is. that my card my new debit card still.
banned on Airbnb. I don't know how. So. like the money never went through. >> Nice. >> Thank God. Airbnb, please unban me, bro. Like, I'm sick of this [ __ ] I know I. got the cops call, but like that was a. year ago and it's not that serious, honestly. >> Yeah, people can grow, guys. >> I grow. And like now when I throw. parties, I clean up. So, >> people can grow. People can grow. It's a. beautiful thing. >> I literally have no bad reviews on. Verbbo, which I've been using recently. So, Airbnb sent Ice Spice to um some. [ __ ] vacation, and I just got so. goddamn mad. Like, why can't Airbnb just. unban me?
>> They should like send you to like space. Airbnb space collab with Kayla. >> I promise that I will only throw parties. at houses I rent on Verbbo and not. Airbnb if you unban me. Like actually, >> you know damn well. [laughter]. >> Um, >> anyway, >> so speaking of Kayla, there's a lady. named Michaela and what happened with. her? >> Oh my god. Okay, so basically Michaela. Najurio, I do not think I'm pronouncing. this woman's name right and I'm so. deeply sorry. Um, but she basically like.
was in this relationship with this guy. Cody, okay? And she was very public. about their entire relationship. He got. into drugs and like she would document. her going to his rehab and stuff like. that and what it was like being married. to an addict. And it was like actually. very [ __ ] sad. And then. >> didn't want to be filmed. >> I mean he Yeah. He didn't really care. But here's the thing. Earlier this year. she goes the video like sit down. I'm. getting a divorce. Yeah. She ends up. getting a divorce. Literally 2 weeks. later she's with a new man. Okay. people. are mad for but okay so then she's with.
this new man yada yada and then this is. what I really don't agree with she. starts like making videos being like get. ready with me for court like I'm going. to ice myself out like I'm going to look. bad as and people are mad at her about. that they're saying okay here's my thing. why the actual [ __ ] are we [laughter]. why are we sitting here and like shaming. her and like getting mad at her for like. making light out of her going to divorce. court. She literally in the video is.
like, I'm going to dress up look bad as. she's like I got my Rolex on like I got. my Vivian West like all thising her. Birkin bag. She look good as [ __ ]. >> Yeah. Don't you want to kind of show off. and show your divorce? And people are. saying that she's glamorizing court. I. swear to God, you have got to You have. never been to court. You've never been. to court. You know what I did on my. court date? I wore my nicest necklace. I. got a whole new outfit and I went to. court looking good as because you want. to feel good on some of the darkest days. that you have. When you're at court, it's usually for never anything good. It's usually going to be for something.
that has affected your life, will affect. your life. Like, it's a very hard day. for a lot of people. So, why wouldn't. you want to. >> be iced out? >> Be iced out. Show up looking good. And. obviously, she hasn't like said anything. about it, but her husband obviously did. some [ __ ] ass [ __ ]. >> See, internet thinks. >> Oh, then this is the other thing. Um, people are saying another thing I don't. agree with the internet for. So. basically she's saying so her new man. she's like oh we were friends for like. 10 years after high school. We were. still close high school sweethearts. >> sweethearts and then he never liked her.
I guess and then like they stayed. friends throughout her and Cody's entire. marriage and now they're together. So. it's like oh she was emotionally. cheating. [ __ ] if Cody was sitting here. cheating on her doing drugs like let. this woman cheat. Like god forbid she. cheated cuz obviously did worse. Hers. so much hate and like I get some of it. It's like okay like the brand deals are. [ __ ] crazy girl. Like let's not lie. to our audience. But like are we. actually going to sit here and like [ __ ]. on like [ __ ] that you think would be. iconic if anybody else did it? Like. obviously something horrible happened in. their marriage. God forbid she cheated. on him. I just it actually makes me mad. that people are coming for her for doing. get ready with me for court and. glamorizing court. Like who the would. like if [ __ ] if I'm getting divorced. because somebody cheated on me or did. something horrible to me where I'm. divorcing them I'm going to try to make. light out of the situation like.
>> like he's addicted to drugs she's. addicted to diamonds. [screaming]. >> that was good as that was actually good. as sucking that one. Yeah, I think it's. dumb. And then the whole, "Oh, well, she. emotionally cheated through the. relationship." Obviously, her and Cody's. relationship from what we First off, everybody everybody when they were. married was like, "Cody doesn't evening. like her." Like, they're going to [ __ ]. for us. They did. And now y'all are mad. that she might have been cheating. Like, he was probably a piece of [ __ ] to be. honest. And um so, god forbid she was. the whole internet thing. >> They're they're mad at her for.
glamorizing court. And they're mad at. her cuz she was emotionally cheating on. Cody. >> Oh, so they dated in high school. >> Yeah. And then they were still in. contact throughout Cody and her. marriage. So she was probably. emotionally cheating for sure. But like. >> I'm pretty sure Cody might have been. doing worse because they got a divorce. and she won't talk about it. I think. it's cheating. I think he cheated. He. was also a heavy drug addict and was. like lying to her. Like does that excuse. cheating? Absoutely not. But like I'm. I'm allowed to sit here and guess what.
happened cuz she's not being clear about. it. I think he cheated. God forbid a. [ __ ] does it back. Like damn. Like damn. But yeah, honestly, like I. feel like unless you've been to court, you shouldn't have a a negative opinion. on somebody wanting to glamorize dark. times in their life. >> Mhm. >> Like I agree. >> I would be so pissed if I did a get when. I did my get ready with me to court and. if people are sitting here being like, "No way you're sitting here making Tik. Toks on your way to court.". >> Like [ __ ] shut the [ __ ] up. Shut the. [ __ ] up. I agree with what you're.
saying. I also think that like I feel. like dealing with an addict at all is. like so. physically and emotionally draining like. in itself it's a hard thing for. obviously the addict to go through and. the other person partner involved. So. like her leaning on somebody else to. talk about those certain things and help. her through it is probably how that. ended up starting. I don't think it was. like a a malicious like emotional. cheating probably aspect that everyone's. making it seem. She probably was just.
like venting to him about like the hard. [ __ ] she was going through. >> And then they probably fell in love. after that. >> Yeah. >> I don't think it's anything malicious. >> And obviously he did something shitty. cuz otherwise she would like. >> Yeah. They wouldn't be getting divorced. if he didn't do like obviously. a lot of things including the addiction. >> Yeah. I think the internet's being too. hard on her because like I mean she's. gotten a lot of hate. Some of it is like. the constructive criticism which I agree. with, but like this is so [ __ ] dumb.
Like y'all should not sit here and [ __ ]. on people for glamorizing court. >> [ __ ] glamorize your [ __ ] life. Like. what the [ __ ]. >> Like that shit's so stupid. >> It'd be one thing if like she was being. charged with something like, "Okay, babe. Like maybe don't show up in like a. bust down outfit like charged with. murder." She's literally getting a. divorce and she's not the. >> Yeah. Like I mean if she wants to show. up to that [ __ ] drippy, what's the. problem? [laughter]. >> That's exactly what's like what do you. mean glamorizing her to show up in.
sweatpants. >> Like. >> but wait a second. Everybody loved it. when Anna What was her name? Anna Deay, the girl with the the ankle monitor that. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. >> When she was wearing her like down. outfits. They made like a Netflix. documentary about. >> she was on Dancing with the Stars, right? >> Yeah. She went to prison for like years. >> Damn. >> But like she blew up because everybody. she was showing up to court in like. these bust down outfits with like a. little ankle monitor on. Everyone's. like, "Oh,
>> was it was it nasty with a poochie. outfit?". >> It was. >> It was nasty with a But that's the. thing. Like. >> the internet is so [ __ ] biased when. it comes to this [ __ ] Like if. somebody's already like. >> she sparkled out her. >> Yeah. for Dancing with the Stars. >> That's so cool. And like when she went. to court, she was like bust down. >> Wait, what did she go to? What was she? >> Yeah. What' she do with what she. >> Oh my god. >> Yeah, she's just on Dancing Live with. the stars. >> She went to jail for like She was like. one of the biggest like conw women of. LIKE THE CENTURY.
>> WAIT. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. With the. Vegas [ __ ]. >> or with the underground gambling? >> Yes. >> It was a lot. Like she was basically. like a millionaire off of like everybody. else's dime. >> and like scamming like companies and. like. Looks like they even paid for the ankle. monitor. >> Iced out. >> Bust down. >> for defrauding pay. >> Damn. >> She's a baddie though. >> She defund defrauding. I don't even know.
what that means. >> Defraing banks. >> What does that mean? >> She's like stealing money. Yeah, she's. frauding. >> Get that [ __ ]. >> Fake checks and stuff. >> Damn. >> Deceiving a friend into covering $62,000. to Morocco. Honestly, like don't [ __ ]. over your friends, but [ __ ] over those. big corporations. They got the money for. it. >> Old men. >> Yep. You know what? Like, but yeah, everybody loved when she did it. But. Michaela ices herself out for her. goddamn divorce. And oh my god. >> Yeah. Unless you're getting convicted. for murder or like something like you.
actually did something wrong to. somebody, like you should not glamorize. court, but if you're going for something. that happened to you, like yeah, make. light out of it. Like what the [ __ ] I I. feel bad for her. valid. >> So, yeah, that's my take on it. And. nobody has the same opinion. >> Thank you for letting me know about. that. >> Yeah, >> I. >> You're gonna want to sit down for this. one, though. >> No, I sat down. I was sat. >> Um, but. >> see, that's the only thing I know about. Michaela is the you're going to want to. sit down for this, which like that was. so funny, but now I'm like.
>> Yeah, it just it just seems like they're. doing normal people stuff. >> Yeah. Know the internet like hate like. gives her so much [ __ ]. >> It doesn't look like she's doing. anything wrong. It seems like divorces. happen and she's just going to court and. looking nice. I I think that's all. chill. >> Yeah. >> She looks [laughter] like Camila after. one child. >> Oh. >> Whoa. [laughter] No. No. No. Wait. >> WOW. >> WAIT. Were we Do we have audio of that? >> I'm pressing the button so it's probably. picked up. >> Wait. So maybe cut that. [laughter]. >> No. That's hilarious.
>> That's a clip. >> Keep box. >> Yeah, that's a clip. I mean, well, the. fact that you're questioning it didn't. mean that you had bad intention. Like, if you're like, "Is that bad?". >> Are people going to take that as you. calling her fat? >> Like the fat version? Cuz that's not. what I'm trying to say. I'm saying it's. like the grown version of Camila. Like, she looks like Camila, but grown. >> I think you're making it worse. I WAS. ASSUMING. >> LET'S [laughter] JUST CUT FROM. >> You're making IT BAD. YOU'RE MAKING IT. BAD. >> YEAH. WAIT. >> OKAY. Say grown Camila. Say. >> she looks like grown Camila. That's what. I'm trying to say. >> Okay. There you.
>> They both look amazing, >> guys. Yeah. No, let's keep it. And like. Both look stunning, amazing, sexy, beautiful. It's the black hair and blue. eyes combo. It's It's the black hair, blue eyes. >> It's the black hair, blue eyes. That's. all I meant by it. >> I love it. >> Um, [laughter]. >> that was This is why This is why I need. Emma to have that wine in her hand at. all times. She just be spewing. >> Wait. All right, let's see. Uh, well, oh. my gosh, guys. Someone we've never. talked about on the show before. James. Charles. >> Who is that? Wait, who is that? >> Um, so he uh I don't even know how to.
explain it. Um, >> yeah. Okay. Wait, wait. I want to do a. game. Okay, >> imagine I've never had a day on social. media and I'm like, "Wait, who's James. Charles?" Like, "Who is that?". >> How would you describe him to me? >> He's like that um he's like that like. little gnat that gets into your place. and just like keeps flying into your. ear. >> Mhm. And then you keep trying to get him. out, but somehow he just flies away and. he stays in there and you don't even. know what he's eating to like.
>> stay in that spot, you know, >> and he just kind of keeps flying around. and every once in a while he'll sting. you. And then he's one of the flies with. a stinger. >> and then and then also he likes baby. flies. So if so he also likes the. newborn um flies and then. >> and the larve and if you will and he's a. monster and he's um and then what else. does he do Richie where let's keep this. going with the fly thing. What else.
would he do out of. >> as a fly? >> It's like he gets swatted, keeps coming. back. Uh doesn't really die. >> He's kind of got like nine lives, you. know. >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's a really. >> Was that kind of good? >> That was really good. >> I like that. >> What were you gonna say? >> I was just gonna say some makeup. influencer [ __ ] who keeps getting. cancelled for creepy [ __ ] [laughter]. That's probably how I'd summarize. >> That's probably better. >> That's a really like good way to. >> That's probably better. >> I like the I like both. Those were good.
>> Um Well, what did he do this time. though? >> He made an apology. Oh my god. I. >> So what? >> So Oh yeah. Didn't you say this was. gonna happen? >> And in the apology video, I'm sorry. This is so insane. one people are. switching up too. He goes, there's a. clip that somebody like Ariia clipped it. and he goes in this video he goes on my. second account I post funny things like. parking tickets or the haunt virus. >> The haunt virus. >> Yes. How funny, James. >> Yeah, [screaming].
>> we kind of. we said we also said we wish you the. best. Just stay on that. Okay, you know. what? I'm [laughter] just hating. I'm. just hating. So, just [ __ ] whatever. Okay. See what [ __ ] he has to say and. then I have to address some things. 39. million views. The video that I posted 2. weeks ago now about the Spear Airlines. situation was awful. >> That video was terrible. It was nasty. It was disrespectful. It. >> 7 minutes. I don't have 7 minutes. >> And seeing clips of it all over my. freaking page is.
>> embarrassing to say the least. There is. no excuse for making that video. So, I'm. not going to sit down today and try to. >> Someone says, "Buy me a house and I'll. reconsider.". When I initially posted that video, it. was on my spam account, which for. anybody watch. it. Pause it. >> He started like a whole campaign to like. what I guess like help people without. who like lost their jobs through his. company Paint. >> charity, right? >> So yeah. Um would you have done that if.
that video didn't get the attention it. got? So I'm sorry. You This is what's. funny to me. if that video received the. reaction that he wanted, >> he would have never after that video. been like, "You know what? And because. I'm sick of people asking me for money, let's do a charity." Like, "Girl, shut. the [ __ ] up.". >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Like, this pisses me off more than. anything cuz it's like you can um like, all right, like his video last week that. we talked about of him uh [ __ ] on. the fan, asking for money is very [ __ ]. up. He's a monster for it. But I almost.
think that this makes it look worse cuz. now it's like you didn't even stand on. your word. Like you had a bad word. You. had a bad take, but you didn't even. stand on your bad take. Now you like. flip-flopped and you're trying to be. like the hero and it's kind of a weird. like. >> like you know that you're wrong. I I. don't know. It just feels more messy. It's like he's trying to make up. >> It's like it really [clears throat] like. >> Hold up. I think, okay, my biggest thing. about this is the issue was never about. you giving a certain amount of money or. you or you giving out money. The issue.
was you responded like a dick hole. You. didn't need to respond. People were upset about you calling out. and flaming a fan that didn't even need. to be called out in a certain way. And. your issue is to pretty much give out. hush money is how I see it. Like this. project isn't coming from generosity or. a good place. It's coming as a more of a. cover your ass kind of thing. >> And can I also say that like this. project is not like James Charles. project. It's painted.org which is his. makeup brand. Like this is all in one. promotion for his makeup as well. It is.
also so spoiler alert for people who. don't know much about this A [ __ ] TAX. WRITE OFF. This is a huge tax write off. for James Charles because he's putting. it under his business which is giving. him exposure for his makeup which is. also a huge tax write off for Painted. So he this is literally him [laughter]. making more [ __ ] money, guys. Like. this is a goddamn tax write off in case. you didn't know. >> So which is also why a lot of rich. people do charities and own art and [ __ ]. like that. But um. >> I I I I genuinely like cannot fathom.
this and like the fact that people are. switching up and like this will not. matter in a month. Like in one month. he'll be back to. >> trying ice cream flavors, >> trying this minor and this minor and. raiding this minor. >> Like I it's just like I don't know. It's. like I was on the phone with my. >> dude. Whoa. >> Hello minor. Um. [laughter]. >> I don't know. I'm just over it and I'm. like there's no point.
>> Okay. >> There's no point on even like crashing. out cuz like he will never get. cancelled. >> Let's let's not let our blood pressure. rise. But I know that through. conversations I've had with you, the. internet likes to the internet likes to. like unfairly come for you. I think when. this topic gets brought up and. >> I understand like I see I don't see what. they're saying. I see from your. perspective, but I think it's important. to let people know why.
the beef is valid. >> Okay. So, I saw a video the other day. that like really got my blood pressure. up. I have never written such a long. comment on a video before. Like, I was. really upset about this. So, I was. scrolling and this was like a week after. I posted my video about James Charles, which already got a bunch of like it got. some good comments. It got some like bad. comments being like, "Right message, wrong messenger." Which like I don't. understand how like I'm I've literally. had a personal experience with James. Um, but okay, whatever. Um,
so this girl makes a video basically. saying that the only reason I am mad at. James Charles is because he quote stole. my man. And immediately I have never. been so irritated. I'm not sensitive to. a lot of [ __ ] Like I feel like I have. very thick skin when it comes to stuff. that has to do with Evan. But you have. got to be so goddamn insensitive to word. it in the way that you did of like it's. some high school drama. James Charles. stole my man so I don't like him. The. man in in reference that you're.
referring to is in month or in jail for. nine months for domestic violence. Has. two pending cases in California for. attempted murder. And if I went to. Hawaii, he'd have three more for. attempted murder on me. So, you actually. want to sit here and say that the only. reason I don't like James Charles cuz he. stole my man? This is not some. ex-boyfriend that I got into a fight. with and he cheated on me. You know, James messaged him. No, James knew that. he like like let's take a recap to last. year because I feel like everybody's. [ __ ] forgetting. James knew that Evan. Johnson was an abuser, was my.
ex-boyfriend, met him through me, flew. him out to California, lied to everybody. about it, did god knows what with him in. that house, kept lying about it. Once. again, knew he was an abuser, was going. to fly him out to Coachella, was telling. him was telling him that when I come out. with my hit piece on him that James will. help do anything in his power to make. Evan come out on top, like all of this. [ __ ] while knowing what Evan did. Then. when he got exposed for it by Zack Sers, he backed down. I don't support him. I. don't support him. Allegedly, they're. still in [ __ ] contact. Okay, so like.
this was that drama was never ever ever. ever about him stealing my [ __ ] man. And you have got to be so goddamn. insensitive to put it that way. Like I. could give a flying if who him after who. got with him after that man ruined my. life. Matter of fact, when we broke up. and I finally got free of him and he was. in Miami, every single girl that I saw. he was with, I went found their. Instagram, DM'd them and warned them of. what he was capable of. and they they. thanked me. Uh there was another woman. who had no idea what he was doing. They.
started dating. They were like seeing. each other, found out about it, messaged. me saying thank you. So like you. actually think I could give a [ __ ] if. they were just like you are like what an. insensitive take just so you could sit. here and be a James Glazer. And then. another thing said in that video is that. we were buddy buddy friends. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. There's a lot of. people saying like you guys were really. good friends. Can we pull up uh Hold. [clears throat] on. We'll pull up a. second. I'm actually like it genuinely. makes me mad. So, in the influencer.
world, um when you collab with somebody. that does not make you friends at all, we collabed three times. We I we were. never friends. We never hung outside of. collabing. Was I stupid for collabing. with him? Yes. But I was 18 years old. living in Florida. I wanted to be this. huge influencer and I got a DM from. somebody with 40 million followers at 18. years old and said he would do my. makeup. Was it stupid? [ __ ] yes. Would. I'm sure 99% of people unfortunately. have taken the same thing cuz it's such. a huge power dynamic. Unfortunately, yes. And people still do. There's. thousands of creators who after me,
Camila collabed with him. The Bop House. collabed with him. Um I I'm sure I could. name a lot more. Like uh many people. after me collabed with him and like. actually are friends with him. Um I. never was friends with him. to actually. back that up. If anybody who is sitting. here saying this had an actual [ __ ]. brain cell, um, if you go back a year. ago and watch any of the videos when we. were in drama, not only did I in every. single video said that me and James. Charles were never friends, but James. Charles himself in his video with like a. 100 million views claiming he does not.
support Evan Johnson said me and Cayla. Malik were never friends. We could pull. it up right now. He said we were never. friends. >> Remember that. That was like one of the. key points was that we were never. >> was like Kayla and I were never friends. That's what he kept saying. >> to sit here now and put pictures of us. collabing back when I was 18 years old. and saying it's a picture of us. collabing saying but you guys were buddy. buddy. We unfortunately did collab. It. is something that I think was very. stupid and look if I could go back in. time and be like you dumb [ __ ] I. [ __ ] would. Okay, but we were never.
friends and that is literally public. [ __ ] information. Just because we. collabed once when I was 18 does not. make us friends. I'm not mad at James. Charles because he stole my man and. that's the only reason I'm mad at him. and calling him out for [ __ ] pett. Literally, you are so [ __ ] delusional. and it literally makes me so mad. Like I. if you genuinely have this image of me. and his drama in your head, I beg you to. go back a year back in videos, rewatch. all the proof that I had, the text. messages, the phone calls, James video, my videos, everything because never said. he was my friend, was never mad that he.
stole my man. was mad that he knew that. that that Evan Johnson was an abuser and. flew him out to California and lied to. me about it. Okay, that was the issue. Um, but yeah, we were never friends. And. if you want to get mad at people for. being friends with James, I beg for you. to go for literally some of the people I. just named cuz I actually are friends. with him. Actually, like literally are. friends with him. Yeah, that's. >> not to throw I mean throwing people. under the bus doesn't like. >> Yeah. It's like I don't want to go. through the list of people that still. follow him and call them all out, but. like to your point there's a ton of. people that still follow him probably.
still on good terms. Who knows if. they're friends behind the scenes, but. it is crazy. someone could have done so. many things and these people almost I. think it's like a fear of maybe like. losing their platform or he's powerful. like. >> he is and people feel like maybe they. want to keep him on their good side or. something and there's a fear of what. would happen if they don't. >> it is banging out. >> okay girls let's be so for real for a. second buying your father a gift for.
father's day is like near impossible the. hardest thing ever but I have a hack for. you shop at GLD Yeah, she got me this. chain and I love it. >> That's my daddy. >> Daddies like me really hardly go out of. their way to like upgrade their style, you know, but the potential's there. I. mean, look at me. They find the watch. they like, one pair of sunglasses. they've worn for 10 years, and once they. lock into something, they're stuck. That's it. They stick with it forever. And it's just on you to give somebody. like me a push to try one of these new.
IC chains. And if your dad or daddy or. somebody in your life is obsessed with. like a really popular sports team, JLD. probably has pieces for his squad too, which makes us feel way more personal. rather than just another last minute. gift idea. >> Hey, and while you're there, might as. well get something for yourself because. you deserve it. Ever since I have gotten. this piece from GLD, I have been. obsessed. And trust me, [laughter]. she's not the only one calling me daddy. And honestly, now's the perfect time to. try them because for a limited time.
only, new customers are getting an. insane deal. Use code banging out to get. 40% off at gl.com. >> That's 40% off with code banging out at. gl.com. After you purchase, they're. going to ask about where you heard of. them. Please support our show and tell. them our show sent you. >> Hi, Lee. Jacob, June is finally here. And I don't know about you, but I'm. looking for my summer fling, my summer. fun. It's like really lonely out here. Oh, tell me about it. But no need to. worry, Kayla. That's why I use Highly.
Highly uses smart matching to actually. learn what each dator is into and who. they're vibing with. >> There's no way. That's like perfect for. me. How does it work? >> Looks at the dator's inapp behavior and. compatibility score to make more. meaningful connections. >> So, what you're saying is I can find my. summer fling here. >> THAT'S RIGHT. [screaming] ACTUALLY, A. RECENT survey by Highly shows that 30%. of young American female and 48% of male.
daters feel hornier in the summer. compared to other seasons. >> Well, uh, count me in on that because, uh, I feel the weather getting warmer. and my pants getting wetter. >> And for 42% of young American female and. 48% male daters, a summer fling turned. into a serious relationship. >> I'm sold. Sign me up. Sign me up. Sign. me up. This is h i ly.com. Date as you. are with highly dating app. >> Download highly dating app from the app. store or Google play or visit.
highly.com. That's h i l yily.com. >> I'm not trying to like make myself look. better like thising like victim in this. situation when by calling other people. out. I'm just genuinely saying that like. if we're going to [ __ ] sit here and. slaughter me for when I was 18 and cloud. with him, how about we sit here and. slaughter the people that still clap. with him, still hang out with him, still. [ __ ] follow him? I was justing. annoying. Like do not sit here and um de.
desensitize everybody to what James. actually did with Evan because like I. think we're forgetting like the entire. drama of that and what he did and why he. got cancelled. Like we're sitting here. desensitizing ourselves to like what he. did a year ago. >> Wait, [snorts] what were you going to. say, Emma? >> It makes me mad though that like people. will hold so like hard on to like she's. dragging it. She's dragging it. And they. will hold on to that so hard, but nobody. has ever once even like pressed him.
about the fact that he never. acknowledged that he flew Evan out. Never said that did or didn't happen. >> No, he did. >> Oh, he did? >> Yeah. again in his apology video. He. said, "I flew him out.". >> He did say he flew. >> Oh, he actually admitted to that. >> I didn't know that, >> guys. He admitted to everything and then. like got away with it. Like I don't. think any like I remember this [ __ ] like. was like I never associated with him. >> No, if we watched the video, he said. that they were texting for months. Um. which it was actually longer. They were. texting um months before we even broke. up. While we were in Hawaii, he was. sending him sexy selfies like.
>> Yeah, I remember. What did he say he. flew out for? Did he say because Evan. was going through a hard time and needed. help. >> off [ __ ] off? >> No, that's so real. >> Yeah. Like guys, like it's like so. stoping sitting here and acting like it. genuinely like makes me feeling crazy. Like. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. I I am holding such I I. hate James Charles for all the things he. has done, but I literally have a. personal experience with him that has to. do with something so serious with. somebody sitting in jail for domestic. violence has pending attempted murder.
charges against me and I'm supposed to. sit here and just be like, "Yeah, I. don't like him cuz he stole my man and. that's it." Like me and James Charles. were best friends. You are [ __ ] dumb. And also, how are you guys going to sit. here and genuinely get more mad at me. than like the person doing these things? That was like, >> yeah, >> that was the main takeaway that I was. like upset about cuz like why are you. like so upset about her like saying. something that truthfully hurtfully. happened to her but not like. >> Yeah. I think also like for the people.
watching this or I don't know if this. gets clipped or whatever all the people. online cuz I think our audience I think. our core audience. >> agrees with what we're saying here. Yeah. >> And then I think when it gets reposted. and [ __ ] on Shamelazers. It's the 40. million. >> Yeah. And so, but I was just going to. say to those people, not our audience. Yeah. >> Speaking to them, imagine if this. happened to you. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Like you'd be. >> like really No, like I think that's.
important. I think people get so like. comfortable to say whatever they want. online and that like and everyone just. rides the bandwagon. As soon as the. conversation changes, everyone's on that. wave because I know that everyone's so. quick to switch up. And so just put. yourself in Kayla's shoes. And if this. happened to you, would you not still be. talking about it when he's currently. being talked about for doing another. thing and this has been just happening. over and over. I don't know. Just like. something to think about like.
>> right like how I like to explain it is. like when you're with your friends, do. you guys not still talk about things. that happened in high school or like. that one [ __ ] that really pissed you. off or that one guy that did something. weird at the bar that one time a few. years ago? things happen years ago and. time passes and it can still affect you. if you like I'm the Evans stuff will. affect me till the day I die like that's. something that's traumatizing the. situation with James much less on an. extended traumatized me but it's like a. crazy thing that [ __ ] happened and so. it's like for it to just be immediately. like squished down to like this.
minuscule thing that happened just. because like it's me like I don't know. it just is that video really upset me. and like I just that take really really. really upset me cuz understand a lot of. people don't like me. They think I'm. annoying. They think I'm this. They. think I'm a liar. Like whatever. I don't. care. But to sit here and like min. minimize like that is just [ __ ]. crazy, y'all. Cuz you just think I'm. annoying. >> Mhm. And can I also say that like that's. not all we talk about. >> I think those people only tune in when. we do talk about that when it gets.
clipped online and stuff. But like go. back and watch our podcast. The only. reason we're talking about it again. right now is because he by himself did. this [ __ ] by himself. >> and got himself back into another. cancellation. So, we're talking about it. and when the subject gets brought up, we. talk about it like anything. >> And so, it's not I don't know. I think. people only tune in like or certain. people that say the stuff we're talking. about, they only tune in when they hear. us talking about it. It's not all they. think we talk about,
>> which it's like no, it's it's not it's. just annoying. It's annoying and it's. not all we talk about, but the our our. actual like like we love you guys. >> We're not talking to our actual. audience. We love the bangs, man. >> It's the people that just like glaze. James because they think he's so funny. and he's the funniest gay man they've. ever seen in their [ __ ] I could list. 30 other gay creators that are funnier. and not like valid. >> Like, dude, he's so funny. He calls. people fat on live. Oh my god, dude.
Good jokes. Like, dude's a [ __ ]. badass. Like I [laughter] don't know. It's just [ __ ] crazy. >> But I will say my my final final take. It was here and now I lost it. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Okay, >> hold on. >> Oh, then you know what they say. If you. forget about something, you know how you. can remember again? >> Mhm. >> Watch this. >> I felt like my train of thought was. coming back. >> Oh, this. It worked. [laughter].
Yeah. [laughter] Okay. Wait. >> Can we also just sit here and appreciate. how in every single apology he's made, he sits here and actually admits to what. he does. Like it's not like none of his. apologies are like that never happened. and here's receipts. It's like, "Oh, I. did I did text minors and I did say this. about Spirit Airlines and I did fly Evan. Johnson out." Like he has never once. been like that's not [ __ ] true. He's. [laughter] like like oh I did do that. and I got caught. Like can we just like. >> Yeah. No, that's actually crazy. I. didn't really think about it like that. Like Rose never had a moment of like.
>> like if you're gonna say something. >> stand. >> Stand on it. Yeah. Cuz then you just. look like a PR trained like robot. >> It's that it's exactly that. It's like. what you said is terrible. But then the. 180 Wait, that's worse. That's like you. dug it worse. >> We watched three different apology. videos before he thought of the charity. >> Yeah, it took a. >> Mind you, the tax write off charity. The. tax write off's the best point, too. When you said that, it's like that's.
exactly what it is. It's not even It's. like he's fake being a good person, too. It's not even real. >> And it's like, babe, you don't have a 9. to5 where you have to go clock in and. answer at a certain time to a boss. Like, you had a t You could have sat on. that for a week to come up with that. response and be like, I take full. accountability. Like, I feel like James. is so reactive with his emotions. That's. how he [ __ ] himself over and made three. apologies cuz he went out to be like, "Well, I don't give a fuck.". >> Yeah. I don't think he consulted his PR. team on the first one. And he was. probably like, "I got this, guys." And.
they were like, "Do you?" And then he. went for it and just [ __ ] flopped. And then he did another one. And then. they were like, "Okay, that's better.". They probably helped him a bit with it. And then this one they were like, >> "James, come into the office.". >> Yeah. >> And then they were like, "We need to. make a charity." Okay. And he was like, "Really? I was going to spend that on a. new car." [snorts]. >> Dude, give 250k to a charity. >> [laughter]. >> He didn't want to sip to somebody's. GoFundMe, but all of a sudden now he.
wants to give 250,000. >> You know, Tana made a good point on this. whole situation and she was like, "As. creators, I feel like you usually want. to give back to your audience cuz they. gave you everything. So like the fact. that he actually had this take just. shows how like [ __ ] in the head he is. that like I don't know. Just like [ __ ]. him. [ __ ] hate him, but I give it a. week before he's loved by back to. normal. Back to. >> back at Disney. >> Back at Disney." right now. He's. thinking of a viral skit right now. That's what he's doing. He's paying. clipping accounts to like clip his. funniest moments. He's gonna become a.
streamer. Honestly, maybe. >> Dude, the James Charles kick era. That. would be crazy. >> I could so like if it gets bad enough, >> I don't know if that would work out for. him. >> He never even goes out in public. What. were he stream like him doing his makeup. over and over again? [snorts]. >> Like what is he streaming? He doesn't. have a life. Uh Chris Hansen streams. him. >> He collapses. >> He's streaming him booking minor flights. to his house. [laughter]. >> He should do like the thing that Judon.
does where it's like catching. >> but he just is like. >> but it's just him in the mirror. >> It's just [laughter]. I got you. Oh, wait. [laughter]. >> It's just him in the mirror. >> Yeah. Well, >> we'll see what he does. What do you. think he does from here? You think he. just goes back to. >> Oh, I mean it's going to be fine after. this. And then he's I think his next. video back is going to be like, "Hi. guys, so update on painted project. We. raised a total of and it's going to be. like this heartfelt video." Everybody's. be like, "Wow, that's like really nice.
Oh my god." And then he'll be back to. normal. >> Here, let's all go around the room and. say something we don't like about James. Charles. >> Okay. >> Okay. I don't like his hair. I think my. hair is better than his. Do we all. agree? >> Yep. >> Okay. Richie took a little bit of time. >> Sorry, I was a little zoned out. I was. thinking my hair is better than I think. your hair is way better, dude. >> Kayla, what's yours? >> Uh, I don't like these. Uh, >> valid. >> That's a good point. >> Yeah. Wait, that's actually probably the. best one so far. Okay, Richie. >> Um,
honestly, hot take. I don't like that. his fans don't [ __ ] with Kayla. If you. don't [ __ ] with Kayla, we don't [ __ ]. with you. Get off. >> Oh, that's really nice. Thank you. >> Like, we got to ride. We're riding. Okay. [snorts]. >> You're riding. >> Well, we ride for. >> Richie. pretty. >> Yeah, we ride a dawn. >> Riding John. [laughter]. >> No, we ride a dawn. Like we're in war. >> Like we fight for Kayla. [laughter]. >> Okay, I Okay, there was good intent. behind that. >> Oh, he's just writing John.
>> Jacob, see now we have a full crew here. Abel's about to fly in and fix that. microphone for you. >> Really? >> We're upgrading. >> Wow. >> On a weekday, huh? >> On a weekday. >> Able on a Wednesday. >> On a Wednesday. Abel's going to come on. a Wednesday. Oh, Abel. I'm not looking. [laughter]. >> Arrest me, daddy. >> This is Abel, everybody. >> THIS IS ABEL. ABEL ON a Wednesday. [applause]. >> Um, Abel was actually here for our first. couple episodes and then kind of What?
Where did you go, dude? >> So, I was doing an internship literally. about a year ago when we all started up. and now I'm part of the team. NOW HE'S. WOKE UP. >> ABSOLUTELY. ABSOLUTELY. >> OKAY. >> WOW. We're so up. >> What should his nickname be? The. weekend. >> The weekday. >> The day I think is great. >> Oh my god, that's so good. Stephanie, that was you. That was you. >> Oh my god. The joke about it. >> Oh, you're perfect. >> Thank you. The weekday. [laughter].
>> Thank you. The weekday. >> Yo, that's sick. >> Abel's full time with the squad now. >> Oh, hell yeah. We're doing these nights. We are so well I I mean it's been hard. here without John. You know what I mean? It's usually just me running around. Then we brought in Stephanie. We brought. in Nyla. We've been getting our crew up. and we got Emma back in this. >> Yeah. Like it's. absolutely It feels like the old days. We're full crew full back in action and. we love to see it. >> And actually speaking of Emma being. here, Emma, you are going to inform us.
about the crap. >> The biggest thing on Netflix right now. Literally the biggest thing. >> Okay. So what is this? >> Yeah. What is it? I've never seen it. >> at all. No. >> Oh my god. Okay, so there's this girl, her name's McKenzie Sherilla. She was 17. when the crash happened. She ended up um. taking her car and ramming it into a. cement wall at 100 miles an hour with. her boyfriend and her best friend and. his best friend in the seat. >> And. >> at first everyone thought it was like an. accident cuz she was like, "Oh, I passed.
out behind the wheel." But the more you. deep dive into it, this girl is like. actually psychotic and like planned to. kill her boyfriend and his friend. >> Was she drinking? >> No, she claimed she was on shrooms, but. then the like um. >> DNA test or whatever. >> Yeah, the lab. >> the blood work. >> Whatever it's called. >> The blood work came back. There was. nothing in her system except we. >> wow. >> She ended up just like to this day being. like, I have no recollection of what. happened. I blacked out. And everyone's.
like, "No, you didn't.". >> So was So who all was in the car? Her. ex-boyfriend. >> Well, her boyfriend at the time. >> And they were together for like four. years. >> Oh, damn. >> And then his friend Davon. And. like everyone saw her as like a very. innocent girl until the trial came and. there was like videos of her and her ex. or now ex um and it was not the case.
She was like, "You stupid little bitch.". >> Oh, videos came out from their. relationship. >> Yeah. And they had a terrible like. relation. >> like, "Oh, damn." It was just toxic. >> She was like, "I'm going to key your. car." Blah blah blah blah blah. And then. things started coming out. She did like. seven dry runs on the street that she. like. >> What does that mean? >> Like days prior she was like scouting. out the street that she ended up. crashing on to like premeditate like. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> That's what a dry run is. >> Yeah.
>> Like you plan something. >> Yeah. Like they make you your practice. run. Yeah. Like like the wedding like. the. >> like a rehearsal. Yeah. >> Okay. >> So she went down that street like seven. times prior. >> Damn. >> Everyone was like you never drove down. that street. until a few days prior. >> and where she hit the building, it only. impacted that side. So, she ended up not. dying. >> Wait, do you think she did that on. purpose? >> Well, that's what they're saying. Yeah, >> they're saying now at first everyone was.
like there's no like human like. scientical way that like she should have. survived that crash. >> Yeah, that's what I was going to say. >> Was like a murder kind of thing. >> Yeah, that's what I thought. >> Yeah. Like, do they think her intention. was to also like convince? >> I kind of think so, but I also don't. think so because I think that like. >> Well, what I know it'll take y'all hours. to know. I'm not going to get into it. I've been. >> Yeah. Wait, give us like the spark. notes.
>> Like, okay. Like, spark notes. This girl. really wasn't. She was like obsessed. with herself. Like very narcissistic, like obsessed with herself. Mind you, she also wanted to be an influencer. [gasps]. >> So, she was like posting hella Tik Toks, posting hella [ __ ] trying to get. attention. >> So, while she's in the hospital, mind. you, after killing her boyfriend and her. best friend, she's like DMing and. responding to people on Instagram, like. agencies reaching out to her to model. being like, "We're so excited for this.
opportunity.". >> And then everyone was like, "You'd think. you'd see some remorse. you just killed. your best. >> But she wasn't crying or anything. >> Not a tear. Didn't say she was sorry. >> She's responding to modeling inquire. inquiries or something. >> And then she started like before her. trial, she was like released out of the. hospital to her parents, started posting. Tik Toks being like, um, I'm just one of. those girls that can do a bunch of drugs. and not die. [gasps] Like crazy.
Tik Toks. Like crazy [ __ ] Two weeks. after the crash, she went to a concert. in her wheelchair. >> To a Cardi concert in her wheelchair. >> Playboy Cardi. >> Yeah. >> To me. >> I I think if you if she genuinely was a. victim in a car crash and then you go to. a concert to re leave your mind. >> I think that's okay. I think just. >> that's what they tried to play as. >> That's what I would have believed. But. then if she actually killed them, that's. [ __ ] crazy. >> Well, she was the one driving. >> Yeah, she was the one driving.
regardless. So, you think even if she. was a victim, like you'd be a little bit. more upset than to just like hop into. >> your boyfriend and your best friend? I. know 100%. You'd be distraught, but. >> crazy. >> And it was like into a brick wall, right? Like she was going like over 100. miles an hour and apparently on the. black box in the car. It shows that. right before it was like put into. neutral, like looking like the boyfriend. was probably trying to get the car into. neutral and getting her to stop. And. >> it showed there was no sign of breaking.
the entire time either. You'd think that. like. >> Yeah, >> somebody would try to [ __ ] do. something. >> What type of car was it? >> A Toyota. >> I can durable. >> Can we look at just the car? I literally. want to see what just the car looks. like. >> Is it that picture right there? >> You guys can look at the um. >> What does footage of it driving into the. wall? It's like the most like. >> There's footage. >> Yeah. >> Wait, how does the How did she live? That car is a hunk of junk now. But if. you show like the driver on the side,
>> the driver's side is perfectly fine. >> No way. >> Like other than the airbag deploying and. like the front being fine, like that. driver's side [ __ ] and span. >> Wait, you said there's a video? >> Yeah. >> Of the actual thing. >> that like a security like camera caught. Oh, that's like the um. >> Is this the aftermath? >> Yeah. Of them showing up to the scene. >> Holy [ __ ]. >> Oh my god. Yeah. And the first thing she. says is like, "Is Dave?". >> Her side is fine. What? >> Yeah. The only thing that's like [ __ ].
is they're bad. >> Holy [ __ ]. >> Wait, how did she do that? How did she. manage to do that? >> So, the theories online is that she. either one like last second threw. herself like and laid down cuz where. they found her. um was underneath the passenger side. dashboard. >> Wait, what? like she her feet she was like laying. across the driver's seat with her head. like under the passenger side with her.
boyfriend that's dead mind you on top of. her and then his friend that was in the. seat behind him on top of him. >> So like they're all like kind of stacked. on top of for her. >> And then when they pulled up they were. like hello is anybody in there? Is. anybody in there? Her clear as day. She's like um they're like what's your. name? Can anybody tell me your name? And. she's like, "Mackenzie. Foley." Like this girl was not. unconscious. She was nothing. Like she.
was sitting in that car until 45 minutes. later they pulled up and like got. everybody out. >> Wait, what? >> Wait, what? >> The 45 minutes? >> The crash was at 5:30, 6:00 a.m. Police. didn't end up getting there until like. 6:20, 6:30. >> And she was just. >> And she was fully conscious. >> And they and the other people in the. car, there were two other people. They. were both dead. Both dead. >> Devon had a a small pulse when arriving. but then didn't make it to the hospital.
[sighs]. >> Damn. >> Imagine if they Bro, and one of her. first questions was, "Is DaVon okay?". Everyone thinks that that's speculated. that they were talking before the EMTs. showed up when they were sitting in the. crash. >> And she was worried that he was going to. snitch on her and say something, >> which is why she was asking, "Is DaVon. okay?" You'd think in that situation. you'd be asking if your boyfriend's. >> right. >> Very crazy. >> Wait, so what does that mean? That. >> So it ended up like they ended up going.
to court and trial and everything and. show like proving guilty that like she. [ __ ] like. >> Oh, she's proven guilty. >> Yeah, she's sitting in prison right now. >> Oh, all right. >> What? In prison there's like calls. between her mom and her and they're. speaking gibberish to each other, mind. you. >> What? >> Like they have a secret like it's called. like Carney. Yeah. Like car like um. carnival workers I guess speak this. language. Did. >> you say the pig lab? >> Yeah. Some people are like comparing it. to. >> that's like like speaking backwards,
right? >> Yeah. You put like ease instead of like. certain things, >> but when the police are asking her. questions, she turns and speaks to her. mom in pig Latin and somebody. >> I think I saw this. It was a phone call, right? Her and her mom and she's like. And then the mom's like, "They're. talking about you in the press.". >> Yeah. Right. >> Oh my god. And she's like, "Um, do you. think Kim Kardashian will see it and. pick it up?". >> Yeah, I saw that. >> Yeah. And they're sitting and laughing. about it and joking being like, "Oh my. god, it's getting published in England. Like everybody's seeing it." As if she's.
gaining fame. >> And they were like laughing about it. >> Yeah. >> It's like the John Lennin thing. >> She's trying to get fame from the. situation. Like a Gypsy Rose type of. situation, I think. >> But like. >> that nobody thinks that you're innocent. Like that documentary. did not do what you thought it did. Like. wow. And aren't her parents weird as. [ __ ] too? >> Yeah. Oh my god. Her parents are like. the whole reason that she is the way she. is. Like her mom even now like is buying.
her the best [ __ ] that you can get in. prison. Like you can order like Nike. [ __ ] like TVs. Like her mom is like. spending thousands on her. So she's. living she's in prison. Literally living. like better than most people. like in an. apartment. >> Wow. >> She's just like enabling her behavior. being like you didn't do anything wrong. and we know that like you're going to. get justice blah blah blah blah blah. It's like. >> but she was proven guilty. >> for murder, right?
>> Wow. >> Of two people. >> Of two people. >> Yeah. >> Holy [ __ ]. >> Her mom is so delusional. I think she. should be locked up as well. Honestly, >> I just do not understand how she [ __ ]. lived. Like that is. >> it's sad. It kind of makes me think like. she did it on purpose, but I feel like I. feel like how could she know that she. would have survived? >> That's my thing. My personal like theory. on it is like.
they had obviously like very toxic. relationship and she's 17. Like you have. like very immature mind. I think she. like probably reacted like irrationally. and didn't care about the consequence. >> What does that mean? >> Like I think they were fighting and. arguing in this car. She probably put. her foot on the gas. [ __ ] erotically and was like [ __ ] it. and then. >> that. >> And you think it was just luck that she. survived? >> I think it's luck. Yeah, honestly. >> cuz like how could you angle the car.
perfectly so that. >> I don't know. She was on the street. though. She was pre setting it up. She. like knew the. >> Yeah, that is weird though. >> She tried to claim that it like was pots. that she passed out behind the wheel, but the way that this like street was. angled, it's an S shape. So like you. can't steer blacked out. Like sure, maybe your foot can like stay like. accelerate against the pedal, but you. can't steer when you're blacked out. You. would have gone off the road. That's why. everyone was saying like even. >> Wait, what do you mean blacked out?
>> Like she said she like fainted behind. the wheel basically. That was her like. >> Yeah, she that's impossible. >> Especially with the gear shifter going. neutral drive like. >> Right. >> Oh, they saw that it was going back and. forth. >> On the like black box, it showed like no. sign of like brakes, but it showed that. in the last 5 seconds it went from. neutral back to. >> which shows that they were definitely. like fighting about the. >> probably. >> Damn. >> So like. >> that's scary.
>> Holy [ __ ] It's crazy cuz like to this. day like even in the documentary she. sits down and she's like I just want to. tell my truth doesn't say anything just. says she doesn't remember the night at. all and then immediately after turn and. they left it in on Netflix. I think it's. so on purpose. You see it like a switch. she flips and goes is that okay like to. her lawyer did I say everything okay? Like a change of like character. It was. insane. Like. >> crazy. And she's supposed to get out in.
like 10 years for two homicides. >> What? Wow. >> Got charged 15 years coming. >> She killed two people and she's only in. jail for 10 years. >> 15. But she's been in there since 2022. >> Oh, so this happened a long time ago, but it's getting really big right now. >> The Netflix doc just came out. >> Oh, okay. >> But I remember when it was going on Tik. Tok and I was so invested in it then, but now it's like blown up because of. the doc. Wow, >> it's crazy.
>> And was it What was the dad wearing on. the documentary? That was insane. >> Oh my god. Her [ __ ] dad shows up on. this documentary that's on Netflix and. has a [ __ ] shirt and it has like boom. across it with a [ __ ] explosion like. >> like [laughter]. >> was it one of the Costco guys shirts? >> Like one of the comic, you know, one of. those comic booms. >> It's literally just a gray shirt, but it. shows and it's that how mimicking the. car. sensitive do you have to be when. your daughter killed two people in a car. accident to go on national television.
and speak about the incident and wear. that t-shirt? >> That's crazy. >> Wow. >> My parents are sitting and like laughing. like about the situation. >> No, that's actually insane. >> Yeah. >> Damn. That's a. >> He picked that out on purpose. Like. >> Yeah. That's not a coincidence. You. >> wear your boom. >> Just put on your boom shirt on that day. Just Oh, you know what? I want to wear. >> I want to wear my shirt. Why does he own. a boom shirt at his grown ass. television? You'd be a little bit more. like, "How am I going to present myself? I'm about to be seen by.
>> all of the world." And you chose that. shirt. >> He's like, "I'm going to put on my. boom.". >> Like, they're literally laughing about. the situation. It's so [ __ ] up, honestly. >> Wow. >> Well, that is insane. >> I genuinely like. >> I might watch the documentary. >> I want to. If you're going to watch the. doc, honestly, I'd say like leave the. Netflix one for last and watch. >> multiple. >> Yeah. Watch the one that's on Hulu. called like Mean Girl Murders.
>> That one actually like cuz the Netflix. one left out, which is why so many. people were mad, so much information. that made her so guilty. Like. >> the Netflix doc, they let her and her. friends speak and her family speak and. then didn't speak to any of the victims. or anything. >> Why? That's why everyone's pissed cuz. they're like, "Why are we giving this. girl like a platform when her whole. thing is like wanting to profit and be. famous off the situation?". >> Yeah. It's like you're giving her what. she wants.
>> when there's so many other like crazy. [ __ ] cases that aren't getting. >> Oh, wait. Whoa, whoa, whoa. What does. that say? She drove the road route of. the crash seven times 4 days before the. crash and two weeks were the incident. Dominic Russo calls his mother saying. that she's driving recklessly and she's. not afraid to crash the car. Yeah. That. >> was that the ex-boyfriend or the. boyfriend? >> Yeah. So, two weeks prior to the. incident, Dom called his mom being like, "I'm in the car with Kenzie. Like, she's. driving super recklessly. Like, I'm. scared. Like, come get me." Basically, and then had um one of her mom's friends.
go and pick him up. >> And then he called one of his friends. and I guess like in the background she. was like, "I will [ __ ] crash this. car. I will crash this [ __ ] car.". and that came out, but then other things. came out saying that like it was the. other way around and that like he was. trying to grab the steering wheel or. something. So like. >> I don't know. >> I It's really sad like especially in. like drunk c drunk driving incences too.
Like it's usually the person in the. wrong that lives in all these scenarios. Like McKenzie lived in drunk driving. like they'll kill 30 people and somehow. they'll walk out with a broken arm. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And it's like really sad how that works. >> Yeah. That's [ __ ] up. That's terrible. >> Damn. >> I've invested. I think everybody should. go deep dive into this case, honestly. >> Yeah. It sounds insane. >> It's It's crazy. >> That actually is insane. >> She's a terrible person. >> You make me so invested in this. Like,
I'm like so locked. >> Yeah. No, that was actually like I feel. like I know everything. It's crazy. >> Like that's insane. Um, on a little bit. of a lighter note to end the episode, I. just wanted to call out Kayla and Emma. and everyone for going to see Obsession. without me. Before anybody says. anything, hold on. I had a plan. Richie, you remember that? >> I We made this on the episode. >> Right. So, I get a call, right? I'm at. the gym and Kayla's like, >> "Hey, so we're going to see Obsession in. 5 minutes if you want to come.".
>> Was not 5 minutes. >> That That's insane. You were walking. into the theater. No, I was walking into. Dollar General to get uh mac and cheese. powder. >> and then you were going to go right. then. >> We had like 20 minutes. I said meet us. >> That's Bro, I I don't care, bro. >> And then No, no, no. AND THEN I INVITED. YOU TO Saddle Ranch after and you didn't. want to go. You had a plan. The plan was. never Saddle Ranch. The plan was And. everyone watching this knows that I was. going to go see Obsession with Kayla and. they just went without me. Oh, thanks. for the invite. No, thanks for the.
invite, guys. Thanks for the invite. No, no, no. We did have plans and then we. filmed late and then Emma's friend. Rachel was in town and Emma text I. texted Emma the day that we got done. filming. I want to see Obsession. She. goes, "Okay, cool. Rachel and me want to. see it at 510.". >> It's never Where's. >> Rachel's fault basically? >> No, no, >> no. I had no idea you even wanted to see. it. >> Oh, how did you not have any idea I. wanted to see it? >> I wasn't here. She wasn't here. >> But Kayla just forgot then. That's sad. >> I will say he saw me that morning. I.
woke up and I like was so off my my. horse and I you know that just happens. guys. You need to really be careful. >> But I invited you to come. I still. invited you to go to Saddle Ranch with. us and all that fun stuff they were. going to go to Saddle Ranch after you. watched the movie that I wanted to. watch. >> Did you watch it yet? >> No. >> You trying to go? >> Yeah. >> Let me know. >> All right, I'll go with Richie then. >> You know what? Fine. I don't even want. to go with you guys. I want to go with. Richie. >> It is the best. I'm I'm seeing it again. It's the best. I would see. No, now we can't talk about.
it cuz you're going to spoil it. >> It's really. >> Kayla, what do you think? >> All right. Yeah, you guys talk a little. bit about it. >> It is genuinely in my top three like. favorite movies of It was so I'm seeing. it again on Friday. I love it. >> It's so [ __ ] good. >> Did you know it's one of the. >> You did see it? >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. >> I saw Premiere Night. >> It was It was one of also the only indie. movies to make like what 180 times. It's. uh. >> They are killing it. >> If they had a $750,000 budget, they've. made $80 million in two weeks. >> Yeah. What? They spent less than a mill.
>> Yeah, they're crushing it. Also, the. director's 26. Um, Curry Barker, him and. the actor Ian, the friend. >> They're roommates, right? >> They're roommates and they are like. content creators. They've been doing a. bunch of stuff. The uh Curry and Coupe. and shout them out. Really killing the. game. >> Did you see that video they made? Like, what do you how'd you get this nice car. with? Yeah, I'm not going to say. anything, but it was so funny. >> Their videos are hilarious. Like, I love. that that's what's being Hollywood's. paying attention to that now. They're. making movies now. Like I love that. I. just love this.
>> So good. It was one of the best, most. unique movies I've ever seen. It was so. [ __ ] good and it was funny. Like it. was so funny. >> Yeah, that's good. I'm glad you really. enjoyed watching it. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> It's okay. I accept your apologies. >> I'm sorry. That was on me. I was like. really looped in with Rachel and. everything going on and there was drama. with somebody that you may know. >> Like I said, it's Rachel's fault. >> No, >> no, no, >> she's an alist. >> No, she is an member. She's A-list. >> Oh, it's not her fault. I'm A-list, too. We're A-list gang. >> She said she could get the tickets.
cheap. >> Yep. >> Indeed. >> It's true. >> Indeed. >> Alist forever. >> She goes and sees four movies like three. a month or something. >> Emma Pass. >> Oh, yeah. >> Emma, I just realized I never paid for. her drink. >> Who? >> Oh, she probably doesn't even remember. who or care. >> Oh my god. Well, cuz she bought my movie. ticket and I was like, "Oh, like do you. want me to cash app you?" And she was. like, "Just buy me a drink at Saddle. Ranch." But I just realized I never did. that. >> I would have bought a [laughter] movie. ticket. >> It's okay. She She probably didn't.
remember. >> Oh, I feel really bad. >> Yeah, but you don't feel bad about me. not buying a movie. >> I do feel bad. I feel bad about all of. it and I feel anxious about it anymore. >> You're going to. >> I'm going to go with Richie anyway, so I. don't care. I can't. >> Sorry. We'll have a good date now. >> What if I just spoiled the whole thing. right now? >> That would actually be like really. [ __ ] up. >> I would never do that. Don't worry. I. would never do that. >> Be a different level. Like you've. already [ __ ] up. That should be like a. little bit like, okay, now you're like. really like. >> making the cut deeper. >> People who spoil movies are the worst. people on earth.
>> Yeah, >> like Richie last episode. [laughter]. >> It was a six sense. >> YOU GUYS ARE ALL YEARS AGO. >> Richie Richie is talking about the six. sense and he's like, "Yeah." And then at. the end when. >> Yeah. mind you Darth Vader and. Skywalker's father. LIKE IT'S KIND OF. >> SPOILER RICHIE SPOILER. You're behind. >> What the [ __ ] DUDE? I NEVER WATCHED. STAR IN THE 70S. [laughter]. >> Spoiler alert. >> No, but okay. So, both of you rate. Obsession out of 10 or everyone.
>> 10 that's seen it. Have you guys all. seen it? >> 10. >> Oh, so I'm the only one. >> No, Jacob. I'm with you. >> Oh, hey Stephanie. >> See? >> Okay. Wait. So, 10. Everyone says 10. >> 10. It's the only movie I'm willing to. spend more money on to see again in. theaters. I'm literally going back. >> Damn. Okay. Yeah, I've seen clips from. it. The Eight and a half. >> Wow. >> Wow. Get it in eight and a half. I mean, there's [laughter]. there's some uh I like I said, I've been. following them forever, too. Like. Richie, but there was a little things in.
I think for their first movie, eight and. a half. I think their next one's going. to be like, "Holy shit.". >> Oh, that's nice. >> Wait. So, >> you know what? I They had a big a way. deeper like meaning to the movie, too. been seeing like things about how it. really is about just like I don't this. isn't a spoiler about how it's just like. it really shows like the control that. men want like and how like even when. they have it it's not enough and like. they'll never take accountability and. it's it goes so [ __ ] deep into that. like it's really good.
>> that's totally on psychology and. everything like it's so interesting they. nail it so well. >> you feel like I don't want to spoil. anything but it's like you start the. movie thinking it's going to go one way. and then it goes another way and you're. like oh wait I was like you Right. Like. you just. >> cover yours for a second. >> Like I can't say it out loud. I can't. say it without saying what it's like. >> Okay. And then the fact that she's still. a victim at the end of the movie that. like she starts victims a victim. >> Oh my god. And like in the beginning. they make such a point that she's like. feeding the homeless and like helping. people like she's such a good person and. it's like a crazy just to see like.
>> and it's all BECAUSE HE W YOU'RE LOUD. >> OH, SORRY. You're really loud. >> It's all it's all because. >> he refused to ask her out in the first. place. >> See the movie without me. >> Okay. Okay. We're sorry. We're sorry. We're sorry. when you're when you see. it, we're gonna have a deep discussion. because it's just. >> god damn, bro. I love when people go see. movies without me. Anyway, thanks for. watching, guys. [laughter] Um, really. keep in mind who your real friends are, man. >> Oh my god. No, no, no, no, no. >> Thanks for watching everybody.
>> We love you guys. Check us out on. bangingout.com. That's where we're going. to be right now. >> And we're going to bang cuz and we're. going to have some makeup sex on. bangingout.com. [laughter]. >> Tune in. You can wear my [singing]. sweatshirt. and you can tell your friends we'll be. together till the end. Girl, you can. wear my sweatshirt. Subscribe. [laughter].
