JAMES CHARLES NEW SONG, D4VD CASE UPDATES, & CAMERON DALLAS AI MUSIC | Ep #67 | Bangin’ Out
So, basically a while ago, we had Ethan. Rhett on our podcast who is a victim of. James Charles. >> Yes. >> And um Yeah. Emma, you remember? And he. just posted a Tik Tok with Jeffree Star. all up on him legally. Legally. >> But just how do we feel about that? Is. that okay? Am I like crazy for being. like, "Whoa, that's crazy.". >> Well, I don't know. I I don't know. >> BANGING OUT. WELCOME BACK to the Banging. Out podcast. I'm your host, Jacob.
Sartorius. >> That was really professional. >> Hey guys. >> And I'm your host, Catching Cars on. Fire, Kayla. >> Okay, >> I like that. It has a ring to it. Different first letters, >> but if you switch it up, you could do. that. Catching K. >> K. Oh. >> Oh. Well, welcome back. It's episode 67. We're on episode 67. >> 67 67 67 67 67 67. >> Wow. >> At least we got to this episode before. the meme Well, the meme is kind of dead.
>> Yeah, kind of. But I wonder No, you say. 67 around any like anybody, they are. going to know, right? Is the Is the meme. still alive or what are we doing? >> It's a dying art form. We got to bring. it back. >> I I'm kind of happy it's dying. >> Really? It kind somebody made a Tik Tok. and it was like I don't see six and. seven next to each other and read 67. I. say 67. Like when you see the number 67. >> I see 67. >> I see 67. >> Oh, you're that that's like your level. of like gone to brain.
>> I don't see 67. It goes. >> That's like the meter. If you see 67, you still have like everything's going. to be okay. But if you see 67, it's like. okay, you got to stop watching Brain. Run. >> No, it's actually bad. Like I don't. count normally anymore. Oh, wow. Well, uh, >> that shit's not right. >> One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10. >> See, and that's not cut. >> No, that's normal counting. That's how. you count. [laughter]. >> Well, it is, but. >> 66 67 68.
>> Yeah, that's a problem. That's a. problem. >> That's counting. >> That's when it becomes a little bit. concern. >> How fast are you going? 6, seven miles. per hour. >> I'm going 67 miles per hour. [laughter]. >> I'm going six, seven miles an hour. So, how was your week? It. >> was good. It was good. um busy, you. know. Uh I'm building a streaming room. in my apartment. >> Okay, everybody is getting a Twitch. account. Emma, everybody here's like, am. I missing out on something? >> Low key. Yeah, I'm turning my guest room. into like a full streaming room. I. ordered all my equipment. Well, I just.
want to have an excuse to be more of a. homebody and not be popping out as much. cuz I've been going out a lot. And I'm. like, "Okay, look, I've always had the. plan to make my second room like a. streaming room, and it'll be an excuse. to be a homebody, but be productive.". >> Yeah. >> Rather than like going out. And it's. going out still fun. So, that and I. haven't been to the gym in like a week. >> I feel that one. >> Okay. Okay. I'll get back in there. Um I. went out with Jake Weber in Silver Lake. Um that was fun.
>> Um. >> Wait, so you've been going You're like. done. You're not sober anymore. >> No. >> Wow. Well, I mean, >> that's actually like. >> on Fourth of July, I kind of just like. said, "Fuck it." But, you know, I got to. got to get back back into my grind when. it feels right. But, yeah, I kind of. slipped. >> Damn. >> Yeah. But I had a good two months. You. know, >> two months sober is a long time. That's. a really long time. I think the longest. I've been since like I started drinking. is like. >> three weeks without it. Like,
>> that's still good, you know. >> Three weeks. And it's cuz I like. literally couldn't after surgery maybe. Yeah, >> but I I just I think when I'm older like. I'll actually want I just don't I'm like. 21 so it's like I don't see why I. should. >> Mhm. >> And maybe that's bad. Maybe that's bad. Which is [laughter] kind of scary. >> I don't know. I like wine. >> Yeah. No, that's super valid. It's tough. because I was like, "Oh, I'm just going. to drink on the 4th of July." And then I. kind of like have been drinking a lot. So. >> Well, was it fun going out? Like was it.
a good thing? >> Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Where'd you guys go? >> We Well, I'm not going to say. >> Oh, yeah. You're right. You're right. Right. But in Silver Lake, we went to. like multiple different spots and it was. one of the best nights I've had in LA. Like we were just laughing the whole. time. >> That's actually fire. >> Um, and yeah, that's pretty much it. How. about you? You were in Nashville. >> Yep. And yeah, I had so much stuff that. actually unfortunately happened. So got. there Wednesday or Thursday morning, went to the bar, had like a little.
farewell thing with everybody and then. on I don't think anything really crazy. happened in Nashville at all. But then. on Sunday, packed up the car and we're. road tripping back to California. >> and we were planning on like stopping. like doing 10our days, but then like 5. hours into the drive we were like, "Okay, let's just power through it." And. I was like, "Okay, bet." Like I I just I. want to get to California already. I'm. not I'm not a big 30-hour road trip. girl. like that's not my thing. So, we're driving, things are going fine, things are going smooth. I drive through.
the night. It's it's going great. We're. like maybe 15 hours away, 10 hours away, something like that. And we our ETA was. Monday at like 4 or 2:00 p.m. Okay. And. so, >> I drive through the night and then once. it's like 5:00 a.m., we switch and I'm. like, I'm going to go to bed. And we're. like in the middle of Arizona and I was. asleep for this, thank God, cuz I would. have tweaked out. But I guess when my. boyfriend was driving, he checks and. sees that he only has like 50 mi till.
east. So he's like, "Oh, let me just put. in a gas station." The closest gas. station was 70 mi away cuz we're so in. the desert. So he ends up like putting. the car in neutral going downhill and. stuff like that. Somehow we get to a gas. station with like 3 miles till E. Like I. would I would So I was like, "Okay, that's kind of [ __ ] scary. Whatever.". So then after the gas station, we end up. switching and now it's my turn to drive. again and I'm driving and we're. literally only 2 and 1/2 hours away from.
California or like where I live. We're. in California already and I'm on this. two-lane road and there's like an SUV in. front of me in the right lane and. they're going really fast and I'm I'm. I'm car space behind them. I'm driving. legally like not on their ass, nothing. and we're going like 78 miles an hour. and all of a sudden they zoom into the. uh right oh left lane. They like zoom. over and as soon as I see that I look in. front of me and there's a giant. semi-truck tire sitting in the middle of. the road and before I could even react I.
hit the tire and you just hear this huge. boom on the car and I'm like and so I he. wakes up and he's like what the [ __ ]. just happened? I'm like I hit a tire. I. hit a tire and he's like you're fine. You're fine. I'm like okay. So I'm I'm. just pretending that didn't happen. I'm. almost more shocked that he was able to. fall asleep while you're driving. I. [laughter] would just be like, "Oh my. god, >> I'm a good driver. I just hit a. semi-truck tire." But this led to very. bad things. So 5 minutes are passing. I'm driving and I'm like having this. podcast blasting and all of a sudden I. hear the car making this like really.
weird like noise. And I'm like, "My. we're in the middle of the desert, too.". >> And I'm like, "Oh no, [ __ ] [ __ ] fuck.". So I wake my boyfriend up and I'm like, "Do you hear that?" And he's like, "Yeah." So, I pull over on the side of. the road, which already is scary. Aing. semi is going past you at 80 miles an. hour, two-lane road, middle in the. goddamn desert. And. well, that's a spoiler. [laughter]. So, um, [snorts] we pull over and we're. trying to figure out what the noise is. coming from and we look under the car. and we see that the semi- tire ended up.
completely destroying the plastic on the. other side of the car. I'm pretty sure. it's called like a splash pad or. something, but like the protective. barrier under the car was [ __ ] like. plastic was hanging off like it looked. like a mess. And I was like, damn, I. just totaled the end the bottom of your. car. Like, and so he was like, "It's. fine. It's plastic. Um, at least none of. the internals of my car are [ __ ] up. Like, we'll make it. We only have like 2. and 1 half hours." And I was like, "Okay." So, we switch. And the entire. time of the drive, you just hear this.
plastic scraping against the hot. >> Was it a piece of the side of the car. that had been like hanging? >> Can you look up like the bottom? Like I. was going to say I literally had this. exact with my ex when we were driving. from Nashville to Florida. It exact same. thing happened to us. Literally same. thing 2 hours away from Tampa and I had. to like order him the car apart. >> Yeah. Which, mind you, >> it's the front skid plate. Why is there. a tire in the middle of a two-lane road?
Like I'm sorry. What am I supposed to. do? What am I supposed to do? Zoom off. into the [ __ ] ditches? Like I don't. know what the [ __ ] I was supposed to do. Yeah. So, this this entire like piece of. plastic that protects everything under. your car had been completely totaled. Like, I wish I took a picture. It looked. like we [ __ ] like it looks like. somebody flipped his car upside down, took a hammer, and just was like ripped. it off. It was bad. So, we're we just. keep driving. We're going to be fine. It's good. We're 2 and a half hours. away. And the whole time you just hear. this plastic going on the hot desert.
concrete. And yeah, that's literally. what it looked like. That's literally. what it looked like. It's live footage. [laughter]. >> And so we're like blasting music, trying. to tune out the noise, and I just get. like this really bad pit in my stomach. I'm like, I feel so anxious. Like, I. don't feel good about this. And like my. boyfriend's trying to like calm me down, play music, and then all of a sudden, we. start smelling smoke. And I'm like, what. the [ __ ] is that? And I'm thinking it's. coming from outside. And he's like, I.
think my car is on fire. And I was like, there's no way. So, we pull over and I. get out of the car and I'm like, "Holy. [ __ ] that is your car." I just smell. smoke. We get out of the car and the. entire underside of his car is on fire. and smoking. >> It's actually on fire. Are you being a. little dramatic? >> On on my life on fire and smoking. Like, I kind of got the end of it in this. video. Hold on. Where is it? Okay, that. was like the beginning of it when it. started smoking. And so, we run. >> Was it actually on fire? Cuz you. wouldn't be able to drive it back.
>> No, I'll I'll explain. like it's on. fire, smoking, melting plastic from. >> Oh, hell. >> And so, um, we end up running out of the. car and we run into the desert because. we are convinced that the car is going. to explode. Mind you, it's 106° in this. area of the desert. So, we run out and. you just hear rattlesnakes and we're. freaking out. And mind you, all of his. belongings are in the car, too. My. shit's in the car. So, I end up calling. 911 and I'm like, "Our car is smoking. It smells like fire. Like, I think my.
car is going to blow up." And [laughter]. 911 is like, "Okay, like we're going to. get people there. Like, don't worry.". Takes like 20 minutes. And the entire. time we're waiting, the smoke is just. getting so much [ __ ] worse. And I'm. like literally freaking the [ __ ] out. And so, um, a police officer ends up. pulling up before the fire trucks and he. looks at us, like, mind you, we're maybe. like 100 ft away from the car in the. desert cuz we're so scared of it. exploding. And he looks at us and he's. like, >> "Why are y'all so far away?" And we were. like, "The car is on fire. like it might.
explode. And he was like, "No, it won't. explode." And we were like, "Okay." And. so he was already like sused out by us. And so immediately after the fire trucks. end up pulling up and they're looking at. it and by the time they got there, I. really wish I got a video of this, but. like the amount of smoke coming out from. the bottom of his car looked like it. literally looked like like you know. those factories that blow out smoke. It. literally looked like that. Like it was. [ __ ] ridiculous. And so they end up. like ripping the piece of plastic that's. on fire out. [laughter].
That's actually was what happened five. minutes later. [laughter]. They end up. >> There's no way it got like that. >> No, no, no. Thank god. No. Um but the. the um firefighters came and they ripped. the piece of plastic that was on fire. off and they like put dirt over it, brought a fire extinguisher and they. looked at it and they were like, "You're. good." But what happened was the plastic. that broke was the oil catcher. So oil. was dripping all over the plastic that's.
dragging on the concrete creating. friction. So like it caught on fire from. the oil and the friction. And um they. were like, "You can't drive your car. unless you get somebody to rip the. plastic all the plastic off from under. your car." And so we're like, "Bro, what. the [ __ ] are we supposed to do?" They're. like, "If you keep it like this, it's. just going to keep igniting on fire. until inevitably like the car is going. to blow up." And so we they ended up. getting like a tow truck. We wait in the. back of a cop car for like 30 minutes, which was just so [ __ ] weird. And the. cops sitting there being like. >> talking about how he used to be this. insane like what is like jiu-jitsu.
boxer, MMA boxer, and he was making like. $25,000 a day doing this crazy [ __ ] I'm. just like. >> I'm so sleepd deprived. Just in the back. of a cop car, car on fire. I'm over it. So then the tow truck pulls up, towes. the car, flips the like gets the car up, he grabs a knife and cuts all the. plastic off from the bottom of the car. and then uh we make it back. >> So you were just chilling in the cop. car. >> Yeah. >> You didn't go anywhere in it. >> No, but I felt really cool in the back. of a cop car. I'm not going to lie. >> Yeah, it's pretty sick. >> I really tried to click bait it.
>> I saw it. >> Yeah, I was. >> And people were like, "No, she wouldn't. have her phone on her if if uh if she. was like arrested.". >> People think whenever I'm in legal. trouble, it has to do with a DUI, which. really upsets me. Like I remember when I. got pulled over in Hawaii, everybody was. like, "DUI for sure." Like, "No." But. yeah, that was me. That was actually me. So I lit Yeah, guys, that video doesn't. do it justice. >> But the car's okay. >> The cars, it just has no plastic cuz it. all caught on fire. We were in the. middle of that desert for like an hour. I was so hot. >> I know those roads that you're talking.
about. Like those are like the long. roads that go to Vegas. >> Yes. Exactly. >> Where you're just on that straightaway. and you're kind of in the middle of. nowhere. >> Nowhere. Like the nearest civilization. was so far. >> Yeah. [snorts] I'm just like, you know. what? I'm happy that he was driving cuz. if I smelt that smoke, I would have. assumed that it was something going on. outside and then the car really was. >> So you [ __ ] the car up and then he was. just driving. >> and then it caught on fire cuz of my. damages. So in my fault, I caught his. car on fire. >> Wow. >> From hitting a semi tire in the middle. of But honestly, it's a semi-driver's.
fault cuz why the [ __ ] are you getting a. flat and leaving it in the middle of the. [ __ ] road? >> Why people do that stuff? >> How was I supposed to know it's there? >> I don't know. But you got to be able you. got to have quicker reaction time. >> If I went to the other side of the road, I would have slammed into the car next. to me. I I had a choice. Ditch car or. tire. >> Tire. Always go tire. >> Always go tire. [laughter]. >> Honestly, I think you made the right. decision. And you're lucky the car is. okay. >> You chose tire. You didn't end up in a. ditch or in a car crash. Yeah. >> So, honestly, that probably went as good. as. >> I felt so bad, though, cuz I fully.
expected his car to like blow up while. we were sitting there. And I was like I. was sitting there crying. I was like, I. will get you a new car. I'm so sorry. like I'm all you're about to lose all of. your livelihood belongings like like his. [cough and clears throat]. PC computer like. >> oh man. >> painting. probably well over like seven grand was. in that car and it I'm just sitting. there expecting it to blow up [laughter]. >> just like that. >> Oh my god, it was [ __ ] awful. Also, mind you on no sleep like. >> Yeah. Well, that's the type of [ __ ] that. happens when you're sleep deprived.
[laughter]. >> Yeah. I was like, you know what, your. car would catch on fire on a road trip. Like that is just something that would. happen. >> Wow. >> Well, yeah. So, >> you guys made it. >> All right, dude. Richie, Richie, stop. looking up car explosions. >> That's what I thought was going to. happen fully. >> Well, you locked out then. How long did. it take for the um people to get there? >> Dude, like 25 minutes and I'm sitting. there like, dude, the car is going to. blow up. Like, the smoke was getting so. much worse the longer it waited cuz I.
was like, okay. I was kind of anxious. I. was like, "Damn, by the time they get. here, there might not be a fire and then. we look like we're [ __ ] high on meth. or something.". >> No, no, there was one. >> Yeah, I know. I swear to God. But by the. time they pulled up, it was so [ __ ]. bad. But they were so nonchalant about. it cuz I think they were expecting like. genuine flames. >> Who pulled up? The fire department first. and they just blew up. >> Police and the fire department. >> at the same time. >> Like maybe a 3minut difference. >> Who pulled up first? >> The cop. And he was like trying to. interrogate us. He was kind of like, >> "So what did you do?". >> Yeah. He was like, "Yo." And then they.
started, they were like, "How did this. happen on the bottom of your car?" And. he was like, "Oh, we hit a tire." And he. was like, "That wasn't a tire that did. that." And I was like, "Yeah, it was. like officer. >> It was a giant [ __ ] semi-truck tire. that are scattered all across the. [ __ ] 40 West." So, like, I don't know. what to tell you. >> Like, buddy, you're in the police. department. You're not a fire expert for. the fire department. >> He was like, "No, this definitely wasn't. from a fire." I was like, "No, yeah, you're right. We had a [ __ ] family of. four. Like, you sound dumb. Sorry." He. was really nice. I was so rude. I'm. sorry. >> Oh, yeah. That was Sorry. It just he. really was like trying to interrogate us.
a little bit. >> Yeah, that's not good. >> But then the fire people were really. nice and they they helped us and. >> Well, shout out to them. >> Yeah. So, yeah, I caught a car on fire, I guess. >> Good job. >> Thank you. >> Episode 67. >> Episode 67. I caught a car on fire. >> Um, wow. There's a lot going on in the. in the in the pop culture world. >> Yeah, actually so much. >> Like a lot. >> I had some time to doom scroll on my on. my trip. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, you're aware of all this? >> A lot of it. Yes. Not the James Charles.
new song. >> Oh, let me tell you. That's. >> Is it the jail one? >> No. This shit's a banger. >> No, he didn't release the jail. >> No, it's a new one. It's a heartfelt. one. >> Can't wait. What do we start with? >> We could start with the James Charles. one cuz you know, let's Okay, I don't. know if we could play this. >> My car his car caught on fire, but [ __ ]. caught on fire with this. Do you get. that? >> Cuz it's [ __ ]. >> Yeah. >> You know what? I I I'm not going to I. will say he does have a really good. voice. I honestly like that song. >> I'll say it. I hate it. He has a bad. voice. He sucks.
>> Me and Emma used to He had this his. first song, Call Me Back, and it was. like so upsetting that it like hits, you. know, when like somebody like you don't. like kind of like makes a really like. they have a good talent, you know, like. like. >> Okay, I don't know if that's like. actually I I was kind of trolling. I. think that song's kind of dog. Like that. Yo, that's burger music, bro. That's burger music. >> Oh my god. Thrift store music. >> That's burger music. >> Hey. Hey. Save that [ __ ] for Disney, bro.
>> Wait. So, what happened to the jail. song? >> I think he scrapped that after what we. said about it. >> I think he saw what we said. And. >> I wonder what he's talking about, though, cuz what do you mean only met. once, haven't even touched? >> Well, it can't be you know who, cuz they. did touch. So, >> true. Wow. Wait. So, I just I don't know. I I. don't. >> So someone maturing is realizing he's. actually really funny on a video of him.
seriously singing. >> Is that what. >> I I don't understand that. So, let's say. Okay, so maturing is realizing they're. actually funny. Okay. So, I just don't I. will never understand that comment. because it's like people who hate on him. are like bringing up serious allegations. or things that he's done and then it's. like but he's funny. Yes, he talks to. little kids, but he's funny. He says, "Shut up, fatty." Like, who says that? That's so good. Like, dude, guys. >> Um, >> I don't know. I think he kind of fell. off, though. He hasn't been really in.
the headlines, >> which is good. >> Well, now he's back in the headlines. >> I don't know. I won't [ __ ] on his voice. He has a good voice. Like, I don't know. I'm I'm not going to be like D1 hater. and just like Also, can I say I was. explaining to my boyfriend all the James. lore about how like he was botting. comments on everything and like the. Ethan lore and all that stuff and like. >> genuinely like it's actually crazy every. time you relive it. I had a glass of. wine and relive that entire like month. >> like when you talk through it. >> Yeah. When you talk through it when it. boils down.
>> Oh yeah. >> that settles. [laughter]. We wanted to take a break to talk to you. guys about something very, very serious. >> Um, oh, speaking of music, u, my good. buddy, old pal, um, Cameron Dallas from. MagCon. >> Wow. I thought you were gonna say. something else, >> dude. Me, too. I thought that was like, stop the transition. No. [laughter]. >> What? What did you think? I. >> Well, cuz we have somebody else who used. to make music on here. >> And I was like, whoa. >> No, no, no, no. My my MCOM buddy, Cameron Dallas, um, he's kind of going. viral right now on TikTok for like. making AI. Who showed me this [ __ ] And. why is it gas and I hate AI. >> All right. >> No, no, no. Wait. Play the other one.
first. There's another one with like a. girl explaining it. >> He made an entire album that he produced. and put on Spotify that was made with. AI. The entire album was made with AI. I'm not even sure if any of the vocals. are POSSIBLY HIS. >> WHO? WHAT THE [ __ ]. >> YEAH. NO, it's like pretty viral. Like. his TikTok right now. People are saying. it's giving like Gabby Hannah. Wait, >> so he's trying to say it's not AI? >> I don't Wait, so what's the Wait, how do. we know it's AI? >> It's obviously AI. That sounds nothing. like his voice. He has earlier music.
>> Legal. >> There's an app called Suno. He's. obviously using Sununo AI and he's. literally not even recording vocals. I. think it's just all AI. I think you can. generate songs in like 30 seconds. >> Wait, so how is that leg? How is. >> it's legal? It's like non-copyrighted. Yeah. So he's I think he's doing this to. like make money. Honestly, I think he's. like he's uploaded six albums this year. six. >> Oh my AI. >> So far this year, he's dropped six. fulllength albums and they're all AI. >> Oh my Oh my AI.
>> Oh my AI. >> But yeah. No, I uh. >> and I hope you know, Mr. Cameron, that. there is a family in Utah who can't. drink clean water right now because of. you. So, and that's that's why Yep. That's not. >> Cameron's helped me a lot in my life. So, I. >> Sorry. >> I you know what, but I see what people. are saying about this. You know, I think. it's like why why are you doing the AI. music? >> Is he the one that who owns um the one. >> he did own? Yeah. Fanfix. >> Yeah. He's DM' me trying to get me on.
that. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't. you know what he's probably. you know with the money you make you. should open up a water well. >> But I thought Jacob Storius would turn. out to be like but why is Jacob Storius. doing better than Cameron Dallas? Like. how you go from she bad to down bad? >> Cameron Dallas. >> Damn. That would actually make me feel. really good. >> [ __ ] got 200,000 likes. >> Yeah, that made me feel really good. >> But no, I [ __ ] with Cameron Dallas, man. >> But I did see that and I was like, "Oh. my god, people thought I was going to be. like a disaster and maybe I'm not.
actually that bad.". >> It's like when the popular kid in high. school It's like when the two popular. kids in high school and then one of them. >> No, I was not the popular kid in high. school. I would be like the most hated. >> No, cuz you were you were in the group. with them. Like you guys were like the. popular. >> I was like the most hated kid on the. internet at that time. Well, >> I was like massive. >> Were they getting hated? >> No. >> That's. >> So that's why it's like that's why it's. like people thought, you know, people. thought they prayed on my downfall. You. know what I'm saying? But hey, hey,
>> life is pretty good. Life's good. >> But yeah, Cameron Dallas AI album. He's. going to drop probably six more this. year. Six new albums. >> Okay. And that confirms it's AI. Nobody. has that much. >> Nobody. >> Oh, but he actually reacted to it here. that that top video of him walking. >> All right, y'all. Not a crash out. Still sober. Just was getting bored of hearing. whatever the music industries are.
pushing right now. So, I made a bunch of. music. and I made a couple Tik Toks to him. I. haven't posted in years. Thought. >> he really did come out of nowhere. or. not. I still think that uh. >> what. >> nothing crazy. >> I'm just here living my life, having. fun. >> I guess giving everyone something to.
talk about. >> I don't know. >> Uh. I personally like the music. >> That's about it. I'm just chilling. Yeah, he probably loved it when it was. done generating. >> Doing my thing. >> It only takes like it only takes like 30. seconds to generate a song on. >> But yeah, it's tough, man. Cuz you know. what? He's a great business guy. Um, actually, oh, he removed it from his. bio, but he literally had in his bio,
clone your voice and clone your face. And he started a new company to clone. >> to literally clone yourself. I think. [snorts] look up clonable. >> We're going to give it clout, but you. know what? But whatever. Did he delete. it? He dropped this company where he was. like, "Sign away your likeness and your. voice and your face for brands to use.". >> Wait, [laughter] for free? >> No, you'd get paid. But they would use. it like in music videos and stuff. >> What? >> And then he's also making AI movies and. TV shows now.
>> I We would not be friends. I'm sorry, Cameron. I don't think we get along very. well. I. >> Oh, here we go. is an AI powered. platform and creator tool launched by. Cameron Dallas through his talent. agency. The app allows creators to. securely license their voice and face. for AI generated branded content. >> Why do we need that? We don't. >> Yeah, >> Cameron, >> he was talking about it at uh VidCon or. whatever. >> Really? Yeah, >> I was at VidCon. >> The hell?
>> You should have gone to his panel. >> I could have about AI. Come on. Come on, bro. >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. Wait, wait, wait. Oh my god. >> Oh, I'm not even joking. He must have. went on right before or after me. >> Really? >> Remember seeing that picture? That's in. the exact room I was in. I'm not joking. >> Damn. >> I'm not joking. >> Yeah, that's crazy, >> bro. I'm sorry. >> But no, a lot of people a lot of people. >> such an AI hater, dude. >> When it comes to like making art and. stuff, I'm an AI hater.
>> Yeah. Like we're taking a like what? Like there's actual people who like. spend a lot of time making music, you. know, record the vocals. They spend, you. know, weeks, months, sometimes years on. one song. >> and then he's generating them in 30. seconds. >> Yeah. >> And then putting together an album. >> Or even people like big brands like. Coca-Cola could have hired somebody to. animate an ad and they used AI for it. It's like you are. >> especially these rich people like. Cameron Dallas I'm sure has a lot of. money and instead of like paying. somebody maybe to help him produce and.
write music like you're just a piece of. [ __ ] and I [ __ ] hate AI. >> Okay, I wasn't going that far. >> No, I will. I [ __ ] hate AI. Like. stop. Like literally stop. Like stop. stop. I have You know what? I'll be. honest. I probably used AI maybe three. times in my life to generate like a. funny picture of. >> I ask questions to AI. I'm not going. >> I just don't I don't Who's that guy from. Shark Tank? Kevin. >> Mark Cuban. No, Kevin. Bald guy. >> Oh, Mr. Wonderful. >> Oh my god. You know what he's trying to. do, which I saw a video about, and this. might be misinformation, but allegedly.
he's trying to build the world's largest. data center in Utah, and it will cause. so much damage to Utah. >> Wonderful. >> Yes. It will cause so much damage to. Utah that the temperature at night in. Utah will go up by 28°. Go up by 28. degrees. 28°. >> Really? >> Because it's like one of the biggest. Yes. this 40,000 anchors. and um the locals. So, mind you, when he. builds this, it's a known thing when you. build data centers, the water is dirty,
gross. There's people who unfortunately. like live in these areas and they don't. have clean water anymore. They can't. sell their homes. They just lost their. house. They have to buy gallons of water. from the store. They can't take showers. And so the people in this valley, in. this area where he's trying to build. this little thing are going to these. protests and being like, "You're going. to ruin our our home. Like, we want. water." And uh so they were like, >> "He don't give a shit.". >> No. And so you know what they did when. people were like against it. >> They go, "We're not having this meeting. in person anymore. Did it on Zoom and.
approve the project." So I don't like. >> I don't like him. I hate him actually. And I don't like you, Kevin. >> So he's Mr. Not Wonderful. >> He's Mr. Dirty Water. Mr. How about How. about you drink the water? >> Yeah, >> I'm an AI. >> Yeah, Kevin. >> Yeah, Kevin. I'm an AI hater and I'm. going to go [ __ ] I'm going to go to. protest for it. >> Hell yeah. You could start your own like. protest. >> AI might ruin me though. So, I don't. know how hard I want to go up against. it. >> I'm really against it used in arts like.
for movies, TV, music. >> Really? Oh. Oh, no. I thought you said. for it. Yeah. Same. Same. Same. >> I ask it questions though. Google. already used AI series and AI all like. but but when it comes to like stuff that. humans do that's like. >> it's kind of sucks. >> it movies are going to be 100% I I bet. you in the next two years there's going. to be a movie in theaters that's 100% AI. and people are going to be like this is. so cool and then and watch our grandkids. are going to be like.
>> what were movies like when you were when. you were a kid we're going to be like oh. they were real people like do you know. Margaret Rob Margaret Robbie and like no. we But we know AI mama. >> That's not her name. >> Margaret Robbery. >> No. >> Close. >> Margot Robbie. >> Close. >> Margaret Robbie. [laughter]. >> Close. Let's try again. >> Margo. >> Yes. >> Margot Robbie. >> Yeah. >> All right. I got I got a question for. you, though. So, like I get it when it. comes to like creating a full song or an. image or a movie, but what about. software's entertainment? Like when it.
comes to editing [ __ ] that gets sound. done quick, color grading, masking. things for Photoshop and Da Vinci. What. about that aspect? >> I think it. >> it's a great question. >> Yeah, I feel like that helps editors. I. feel like that helps. >> But okay, I'll say it in terms of. clipping. There's all these AI platforms. that do clipping. They don't do it as. good as humans. >> Personally, I feel like I know the. moments that are like more clippable. than the AI. There's so many platforms. that'll make you 60 clips in a minute,
>> but they're not taking the time to. actually watch like what would the. audience want to see. >> Yeah. >> They're not. So, but in terms of like. >> editing. >> low key, I'm not as against it. But. that's someone's job, too. >> But I feel like if it's only making the. job easier, like maybe I don't know. >> What if What if we get an AI producer. and then they kick Richie to the curb? >> Beep boop. I am your. >> They get an AI host. AI host. >> Oh my gosh. There's going to be AI. podcast. >> There's going to be AI podcast, AI.
influencers, AI actors, AI musicians. >> This guy, >> AI film studio. Like you're weird as. [ __ ] Like. >> director Aaron Arnowski is making an AI. movie right now. He's working on it. which is crazy. I really respected. Aronowski. Like this is a wild. >> but like what do you mean working on? Like are are you typing the prompt in? Like are you working on like if you want. the AI person to wear a blue or a red. shirt? Like what the [ __ ] are you. working on? >> Yeah. >> Like you're weird. It's just tough. >> And they're already so rich. Like I just.
honestly think a lot of the times it's a. way for rich people to stay richer by. cutting corners of like paying employees. or actors or producers. >> But okay, now I have a I have a other. question slash like thought. Okay. If if. it's inevitable, right? Like it's going. to happen cuz it's already happening. >> Yeah. Give it 10 years. >> Do you embrace the technology or do you. get flushed behind? >> I'm just going to pretend. >> cuz people said the same [ __ ] about. social media. It's terrible for your. mental health. Before it took over,
people were like, "This is dangerous. This is dangerous." And now every kid. has an iPad. And it's kind of just. normal. Like, do you think there's a. world where later in life. we have to use AI or we get lost? >> Our grandkids will only know AI movies. Like, I'm telling you, >> that sucks. >> That's going to be life. It's going to. be like, "Oh, you know, you guys are. watching AI movies. When I was your age, we had [ __ ] actors that blew up.". Like, >> they're like, "What's that?". >> Like, what's a meet and greet? I can't. like you know like that's. >> they put on their VR goggles and they're.
right there with all their friends. >> Yeah. No, >> you guys used to hang out with people. >> Yeah. >> Like I think AI like within our. grandchildren's age like I actually. think like even AI dating is going to be. such a big thing. Like it's [ __ ]. weird. >> Imagine you put on your headset and. you're just at a coffee shop. >> What's that movie? What's that movie. where they like put on the goggles and. they they're like in a new world. >> Ready Player One. >> Yes. Ready. We are going to be Ready. Player One. just watched America's Got Talent. yesterday and this guy, this like guy,
I'm not kidding, had like 10 AI robots. on each sides of him and he made them. like do a choreographed dance with him. and it scared the [ __ ] out of me cuz I. was like, if he can train these robots. to like dance like this and he has the. money to buy 20 of these robots, couldn't he just buy 20 of these robots. and be like, I want you to go like do. some terrible. >> Who said this? It was actually a very. rich like billionaire and he said the. world's going to end by AI like that is. how the world's going to end. >> I'm going to like. >> like can they gain consciousness? Will.
they gain consciousness? >> Well, so that is the real question. >> Yes, THIS IS HIM. WHAT TALENT IS THIS. BRO? You voted some [ __ ] Tesla bot. >> Bro's doing Tik Tok dances with robots. >> Earn. >> It's kind of sick. [laughter]. >> I'm sorry. Like it's kind of looks. great. >> It is kind of dope. I love [laughter] a. gun. I want a robot a gun to shoot every. robot on that stage. Give me water. >> That robot though stand You wake up and. standing over you with a knife. Like.
>> that's what scares me about that [ __ ]. >> No, no, but imagine it's standing over. you with breakfast in bed. >> E I'd rather my [ __ ] husband do that. for me. Like what? [laughter]. >> What about your AI husband? >> Yeah. >> The robot's going to get like eventually. he's going to be like, "Fuck this [ __ ]. I don't want to make her breakfast. anymore. And they're going to merc. everybody. >> Don't be mean to the women. >> One hacker is all it takes. >> Be friendacker. Hack into the robot and. train the code. Grab knife and kitchen. Go into corroded artery.
>> You [laughter] know that's a that's a. valid concern. I don't know how that. works. >> I know a hacker and I'm sure that. >> Yeah, you do. Um. >> that's the plot of Avengers. >> Really? >> Yeah. Avengers 2. That's the plot. >> Wait, what's the movie where he's got an. AI girlfriend? I just No, not her. It's. It's like they're like. >> the new one with uh Jason or uh what's. it? Quidd. >> Megan Fox. >> The new one with Jack Quidd and he has a. companion. >> Companion. >> Yeah. >> Oh my gosh. >> I just watched a movie a few nights ago.
I don't remember what it was called, but. it was like about an AI robot girl that. was like gaining consciousness and then. the guy had to like. >> go through the shell. [laughter]. >> I don't know. I'll figure it out. But it. was. >> companion dude. Well, speaking of all. these AI movies, I just want to shout. out Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey. using 100% practical effects. We love to. see it. >> Yeah. [ __ ] you, AI. And no, no, cuz they. might I am scared. I'm sorry, guys. If. in 3 years y'all catch me like being. like, I love you. It's because I'm a.
pushover and if I get threatened by AI, I'm just I'm folding. You know, I'll get. a robot. I'll get a robot. >> Yeah, they've got the new house robot so. you can just let. >> Do you feel safe with chat GPT on your. phone? >> Yeah. I don't I won't ever have it. >> Really? >> Do you think it can? >> Do you feel safe with Google on your. phone? Do you feel safe with Instagram. on your phone? Do you feel safe with Tik. Tok on your phone? >> All right, you caught me there. >> They're all using AI and they're all. listening to you all the time. >> I feel less safe about those. I'm like, who other people own they those AI? C3PL.
would be my AI. Okay. Like like whoever. I'd be training would be my guy, okay? Like I don't want Tik Tok's guy. >> You have a bot on your side. I don't. have any. If the [ __ ] happens, I'm like. botless. >> Would you guys share your AI with me if. like that happens? No. >> Okay. Wow. That's. >> too late to start. >> Yeah. Just [laughter] make a friend. >> It's just a couple clicks. >> I've generated some pictures. >> Start start. Download the AI chatbot. Start making a friend. >> Yeah. >> [ __ ]. >> Might as well become friends with the AI. before it takes.
>> What if I just stay neutral? Can I say. something? >> I got five no caller IDs the other day. >> Oh. So. >> from. >> I don't know. I don't know who. >> I would say. >> I have a theory that it's the new girl, but. >> yeah, you were saying that he has a. girlfriend now. >> I guess. And like I don't know. I'm I'm. convinced. I got five. Mind you, I don't. get no caller IDs like anymore after. like I've been like very like chill. And. I got five at like. late at night too. Like it was not early.
and I was just getting [ __ ] blown up. So, who knows? But, yep, just wanted to. say that. It was really [ __ ] weird. >> Yeah, it's always scary getting a no. caller ID. >> and then when they spam you, it's it's. one thing with one. It's like, okay, whatever. But like five back to back to. back to back. I was like, bro, leave me. the [ __ ] alone. I don't know who it was, but yeah, >> somebody somebody was trying to get a. hold of you. Wow, there's a lot of. stuff. >> Okay, let's just look at Ashtraino. tripping. I don't know what this is. >> I haven't seen. >> I But I put this in here. I don't know.
what this is, though. Oh, my mug shot came out on TMZ and. People magazine. I was on the news. Come on now, you. guys. I am [clears throat] a small town. girl from Inis, Texas, but at the end of. the day, I am somebody. I am Ash. Trevina. [laughter]. >> My shot came out on TMZ and People. She's like, I am on TMZ. She lowkey mocked that [ __ ]. >> Yeah, >> that is the best photo I've ever seen of. her. She submitted that to TMZ. >> She facetuned it and then sent it over. [laughter]. >> Richie. >> Yeah. >> What? [snorts] So, what are we doing. here on the computer? Oh, I was just.
having fun. [laughter]. >> You know what I I think about like once. a day since it happened when we were. doing guest of celebrity with Jake and I. thought that a zoomed in picture of his. of his sister. >> Oh my god, >> Ash. I like actually. >> Emma, you missed it. It was so It was. like It was a zoomed in picture of his. sister and she was making like like a. little a pucker face and everybody in. the studio was like, "Oh, you'll know. who this is." I was like, "Oh, Ash. Trevino." No, his sister that I'm a huge. fan of. I just. >> And you can watch that at. bangingout.com.
>> Bangingout.com. The best website. You. can watch all that happen. Um. >> should we do should we do the Ethan. Rhett and Jeffree Star before it gets. bad? So basically a while ago we had. Ethan Rhett on our podcast who is a. victim of James Charles. >> Yes. >> And um Yeah. Emma, you remember? And he. just posted a Tik Tok with Jeffree Star. all up on him legally. legally. >> But just how do we feel about that? Is. that okay? Am I like crazy for being.
like, "Whoa, that's crazy.". >> How old is he? >> I think he's young. >> Well, I don't know. I I don't know. Do you. think. >> 20? >> 20. >> Yeah. See, it's not It's not illegal. >> Wait, so do you think that Jeffree Star. is doing this to be petty? >> I think they're cracking. But do you. think they're doing it to be petty? >> Why would they do it to be petty? >> Because. >> does Jeffree Star hate James Charles?
>> Dude, he's like one of the first people. to cancel James Charles. He made by. Sisters. >> or not made it, but he was on Tati the. girl who made it side. Like he was one. of the first people to cancel him. >> H then yeah, >> I'm kind of surprised Jeffrey hasn't. reached out to us about like anything. with that cuz he really hates James a. lot. We should we should have him on the. podcast. >> I saw him on Tana's podcast and it. scarred me and I like not scarred me but. it scared me from ever having him on. because it just it was so chaotic and.
there was so much drama after. >> Wow. >> They used to be friends and then a whole. bunch of [ __ ] happened. But yeah, I. don't know. I I wonder if it was to be. petty. It had to be, right? I wonder if. they're like going to make some like. YouTube video or something. I don't. know. I don't know. >> They're just posting a lot of like. cryptic Tik Toks. I think they're going. to do some crazy [ __ ] I don't know. You. know what? At Jeffrey waited till it was. he was 20, not 18, not 19, 20. >> Yeah. >> And you know, >> hey,

So. >> yeah, Ethan was nice when we talked to. him. >> He was really nice. That was like. >> he was a good guy. >> That [ __ ] made me want to cry. But yeah, that's [ __ ] crazy. >> Can we just look at this clvicular clip. real quick? This [ __ ]. >> Okay. You're so excited about this. >> Look. Look. Ready? Wait. Start from the. top. >> Our next graduate is Braden Peters.
>> Oh, >> Congratulations. Our next. >> That is the best thing [laughter] I've. ever seen in my life. >> Wait, I love this. This makes me like. really like him. That is so funny. >> Bro has loving parents. >> Oh my god. Young Sheldon. >> Bro just has a loving loving parents. >> Yeah. A his FAMILY DOES LOOK WHY DOES. HIS DAD look like the dad from Young. Sheldon? Oh my god.
>> Bro was casted. >> George Cooper the greatest dad on. television. >> Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. He looks like a great. dad. >> That's [laughter] a good. >> He hasn't really changed that much. He's. He's still a vibe that he kind of just. is like not impressed with anything. >> He looks the same. Like if you show me. that. Is that young clavvicular? >> This clip came out like two hours before. we started filming and it's already at. 700,000. Look at how many hours ago did. this get posted? 8 hours ago. 700,000. likes. And he commented on it, I think, and was like, "How did you guys find.
this?". >> Yeah. >> How did y'all How did people find. [laughter] this [ __ ]. >> People find everything. Yeah. >> Wow. >> To be honest, Jacob, when you sent me. this video, it kind of made me feel bad. for him. I'm like, he's such just like a. kid in this. Like, I don't know. It's. like a. >> You think he was doing looks maxing. here? >> I don't know. No, this is just an. innocent kid. I feel bad for this kid. Like, you know, I don't know. I feel bad. for being mean to this kid. [laughter]. >> He's just a child. He's like 16 in this. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah. That's sad. >> But it's also Yeah. This comment, right? [laughter]. >> This comment is accurate. Like it's. scary to think that other little boys. like him are capable of turning into. people. >> Yeah. No, >> like he was just a nice kid probably at. that time. But like bro, you can't just. say like what he's doing now is like. good. >> Nothing like that. Nothing like that. But I'm just saying. >> but it is it's kind of sad to see like. his parents are so proud of him for. graduating. >> Oh, >> that's I wonder what they think of him.
now. Oh, >> I just be more like it's tough for the. internet to post a picture of you from. like three, four years ago and clown it. so crazy like like I do feel a little. >> Are people clowning it or are they kind. of just like this is awesome? >> Um, >> dude has love. >> I saw people clowning it earlier but. that's why I was feeling bad. >> Yeah. No, I think Yeah. I mean Yeah. Yeah. Young Sheldon, huh? >> Wow. Yeah. I don't know. I I don't know. though. I don't know. >> That's crazy that that was him in 2020.
What? That's 2020. >> I was like a different person. >> That was 6 years ago. >> Like you look at a picture of me from. 2016 and now I look the exact same if. not younger potentially. [laughter]. >> But I was aging backwards. >> Wait, we should do that. Can we get a. picture of Kayla, too? >> I look I look really different. >> You are aging backwards. >> I look Wait, do like 2020. I don't I was. an online. >> completely transforming. I forgot about. THAT VIDEO. OH, HELL NO. [screaming].

Look at. that. I thought I was the man for that. >> Bro got his first geek bar. [laughter]. >> Damn. I only had three tattoos back. then, man. But I was I I don't know. I. Wow. I thought I was so cool. And I miss.
all those chains. Everyone used to wear. all the chains. I need to find those. chains and the Gucci shirt. Like where. did my swag go? >> I'm happy my swag from 2020 is long long. gone. I actually am dying my hair blue. soon though. >> Really? Yeah. Like all blue. >> Light blue. Yeah. I really I'm Yeah, that that's um. >> like what type of blue? like um like a. >> eyes blue like the Atlantic or. >> Oh, I uh Okay, I would say.
>> Hold on. Let's go. Look up sky blue. Yeah, kind of like Arctic, but then the. roots are going to be like platinum. blonde. Emma's vape. >> Emma's vape. It's Emma vape color. >> I'm excited. And then I'm going to have. my boyfriend dye his hair like a dark. blue, so we're both going to have blue. hair. >> Okay, [laughter] dude. I love it. I'm. happy for you guys. >> I think it'll be fun. >> That'll be fun. >> Emma And then Emma will have red hair. >> and I'll just have normal hair. [laughter]. >> and just Yeah,
>> I think I'm ready for a change. >> No, that'll be awesome. >> Would be cool. >> Did you see this is like so off like. topic, but did you see that um all of. the Love Island girls went to the same. um girl you went to for your um my wig? Yes. Oh my god, I saw that. all there. The second they got out of the villa, I. was like, "Oh, >> I was like, damn, I could have went in. that day, >> right?" I was like, "The girl who did my. pink wig did all the girls from Love. Islands." Yeah. >> I was like, "That is Melanie got pink.
hair, too." Like your pink two bands on. that. >> I got that for free. >> I don't know if I'm I don't even know if. I'm allowed to say that. >> But is it like 2,000? >> Oh, yeah. I went in there for a wig for. a photo shoot and it was like $900 for. like just a regular black wig. That's. ridiculous. And I'm like, I do not I. don't. >> And I remember they use human hair. >> It's It genuinely is like at the end of. the day more expensive than extensions. cuz wigs don't last as long. >> Yeah. >> I It's [ __ ]. >> It lasted like 2 weeks. >> No, it lasted like 4 days cuz I was. getting the worst migraine. I ripped. that [ __ ] off.
>> Didn't you have it at the gym? >> Yes. >> And it was I had a [ __ ] I had a. training session. >> with a wig on and by the end of it my. wig was pushed all the way back and I. was like, I'm done, dude. I'm [ __ ]. done. Speaking of that, I really need a. lock and I still I bought I spent like. $900 on training sessions and I've used. two. >> I've used two. >> Just not okay. >> No. But. >> well, you know what else is not okay? Um. Andrew Tate and David. >> They're facing the music behind bars in.
a Florida detention facility. Now, these. detention facilities, they're not known. to be nice. In fact, far from it. They're going to be locked up with. people accused of murder, people accused. of trafficking like they are. and they. plan on fighting extradition, but. they're not getting out anytime soon. because the extradition process, as. someone who's worked on extradition. cases in the past, can take months, sometimes years to litigate. They. >> Wait, how' they get caught? Wait, so. they're they got. >> I think they were just in No, they were. just in Miami. There's a video of them. being arrested. >> Wait, it's for trafficking?
>> Yeah. >> What? >> Like that guy was using a lot of big. words. Can we just say like they [ __ ]. suck and they just deserve to die behind. bars? Wait, did I say that? Did I say that or. no? I'm Maybe I'll take that out. >> No. Why would you? They're getting. caught for traffic. >> I'm saying I hope they die. But me, too. >> No. Okay, then. >> I didn't even know. >> Look up the video on TikTok of them. getting like arrested. I think they were. just like out at the club spending hella. money and then they were just walking. around and private like investigators.
just came up. Look. >> and they just are like, "Put your hands. behind. What? >> This guy's like taking his chain off. him. I don't know if you caught it, but. he slipped the security guy his phone. right before he got. >> No way. >> Yeah. But wait, >> is there any info about like what they. found on. >> He slipped them his phone? >> Yeah, like in that video. Um.
>> Whoa. >> I saw something about him having. >> Why is the top comment false charges? is. they will beat the case. >> cuz it's I don't know. Oh well, it's also rape charges, >> bro. >> The brothers who appeared in federal. court have denied all allegations. against them and their attorneys have. vowed to fight against the extradition. request. One of the attorneys has. publicly urged the Trump administration. >> And you know what? And they that would. they would [ __ ] sit here and be like.
rape loves rape. So you know what? That'sing weird as [ __ ] What does. extradition mean? >> I actually have no clue. Richie. >> country. So they're trying to get back, right? Like. >> Oh, so back to where they were charged. >> I think it's to be tried in your home. country. >> What? >> Cuz they're from the UK. Is that right? >> Oh, I guess that's where the charges. probably were pressed were in the UK and. then he got arrested in Miami and. they're trying to get him what the. expedited.
Yeah, cuz like when they arrested those. big drug cartels and they brought him. here, they were like, "We should try. them in.". >> He was born in Washington DC, >> dual US and British citizen. >> I didn't know that. >> I thought, >> dude. So, actually, I'm like so. confused. Like, actually, like the. people that blindly will just watch this. [ __ ] and be like, "Oh, hell yeah." Like, you're actually rude as [ __ ] and you. like I actually don't understand that. >> Like, I actually. >> I think it's just people on the internet. being idiots and probably younger people. who look up to these guys. What? I I.
just feel like people get away with. >> 59 charges. >> People get away with so much. Like I'm. sorry, but even Conor McGregor had the. whole nation rooting for him. Millions. of dollars bet on him and he was found. guilty for like the worst charges. Like. found guilty, mind you. >> Yeah, it's [ __ ] up, dude. But I mean, look at like James Charles supporters. Like there there's certain people who. will just blindly support. >> blindly. That is Can you That's scary to think.
that people. um Yeah, it was like so bad. >> They found him liable in 2018. >> No, it was like so bad. >> Dismissed his appeal. He faced various. allegations of assault, including 2021. nightclub altercation in Rome and. accusations of assault on a yacht in. Aiza. >> No, the one with the girl where he like. actually had to like pay the money. It. was he her so bad that she had to get. her tampon surgically removed. >> What?
>> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Doctor said it was like the worst thing. they've like ever. >> ever seen in their life. >> But you know, but yeah. So, but that's. what pisses me off about Andrew Tate is. like people are actually blindly. listening to the things that he says. behind those like pay walls of like. Patreon and [ __ ] Who knows what he's. feeding and how he's getting arrested. for rape and um sex trafficking. That is. [ __ ] crazy that like so many young. boys are just listening to him being. like, "Oh yeah, he's so right and he's. getting arrested for sex trafficking.".
>> Yeah, >> that's insane. >> That's like. >> that's ridiculous. >> That's like paying for uh El Chapo's. [ __ ] Patreon and being like, "This is. good business moves." You know, that's. [ __ ] wild. >> How to operate a business. >> Yeah. Literally like it's [ __ ] crazy. >> Yeah. No, that's. >> No, 100%. They're literally like. aist is teaching our children. >> Yeah. Literally. Literally. >> Like it's insane. >> Young impressionable minds. >> It's [ __ ] up. >> It's young impressionable minds. Our.
youth is learning from a. >> and that is the issue and that's the. issue. And it's not like he's just this. niche influencer. Like he makes millions. from people paying him just to learn. about like. >> there was like videos. I don't know if. you guys saw it, but there's like. literal video footage of him like. beating somebody like. >> like not even surprised. Like that'sing. that is. >> it's not a secret. Everyone knows. And. um. >> Oh, yeah. He's teaching young men. masculinity. >> Yeah. >> Toxic mascul. >> from a racist.
>> Yeah. Literally, >> it's insane. Like how is this a thing. that is. >> I have a theory that it's a lot of. people and I might be wrong but it's. like a lot of young boys who don't have. a father figure. >> Yeah. >> And I think they turn to somebody like. this because they don't have one at home. cuz anybody with like a real father. figure would their dad would be like. this guy's a [ __ ] idiot. >> Yeah. >> Like. >> like this guy's actually brain dead. What are you doing? Don't watch that. But if they don't have somebody to turn.
to, sometimes they look at somebody like. that who's like super like talks a big. game and tells you that he knows the. way. You just got to pay him and he. lives this like lifestyle that looks. appealing on the outside. And then think. about it. If you're a 10-year-old boy. who just doesn't have like a male figure. in your life who's older, you're like, >> "Oh my god, that looks just like him.". >> Yeah. It's It's sad. It's sad. And then. they get so brainwashed that when stuff. does come out about him that is like so. they're like he didn't do that. That's.
not even that bad. Like what was she. wearing? Like [ __ ] like that. Like to. the point where they're so brainwashed. that they are defending sex trafficking. like human trafficking. That is beyond insane to me. Beyond. >> Yeah. The tape brothers. >> No, literally. But then like you say. that and you'll get like death threats, you know? It's crazy. like, "Hey, I. don't support. Am I going to get like. run up?". >> You could be like, "I don't support sex. trafficking." And it's like, "WHAT THE. FUCK?" [laughter]. >> NO, there would be people. There are. people who are going to be pissed.
That's crazy. >> Yeah. There's by being like, "Yeah, I. don't really support that.". >> Yeah, I don't support those guys. People. are going to be like, "Yo, what the. guy's wrong, >> you [ __ ] s. >> You don't know what you're talking. about.". >> Yeah. >> Well, >> well, I hope they rot in hell in jail. And. >> yeah, >> all of it. >> I'm going to wait. >> there. I hope there's somebody's toy in. jail. That's what I hope. I hope you're. a pretty boy in there. >> So, Daniel Larson, uh, >> he loves or no, Daniel Larson hates you. >> He hates me, but he loves Grace. Vanderwal. And shout out to Grace.
Vanderwal, by the way. Hope you're doing. well. But I didn't even know that he. went to jail, but apparently he got out. of jail. So, Tik Tocker Daniel Larson. has been arrest or released from prison. after pleading guilty to threatening an. FBI agent. He will reportedly spend two. years on supervised release with his. phone monitored for troll interactions. What does that mean? >> For people trolling. >> What? Cuz he gets like trolled. >> Yeah. And then it makes him crash. >> Yeah. And then he goes live. He always. has like that phone quality where it's.
like Yeah. Potato. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Lars, six counts of making threats. involving explosives and one count of. making interstate. >> threats against an FBI special agent. Can I just say he's threatened me. before. I swear like [laughter] like. genuinely been like I'm going to find. him and I was lowkey actually kind of. scared for a little bit. >> Daniel Larson wanted you like what the. how do you feel about that? >> How would how how would you feel about. it? >> Kind of cool.
>> Cool. >> Like that's what he's a big meme online. and my name's in his mouth. >> This message is for Jacob Sartorius. Please stop harassing Grace. I just had. sex with her. She's currently in. Colorado. [snorts]. >> Like like that's like scary. >> That isn't. >> like that. Isn't that kind of scary. though? >> What? >> What made him say that? >> I don't know. He just I think he got a. delusion like no hate like you know.
Daniel Larson hope you're doing okay. But I think genuinely he I don't know. how he thought of it, but all of a. sudden. he just ran with this like Grace. Vanderwal and Jacob Sartorius. Then he. made a video like Grace Vanderwal is. pregnant from Jacob Sartorius and then. he just ran with that for a while and. then I think it was like whenever he. thought of a new storyline he kind of. ran with it. And I'm not saying that, you know, I'm not I'm not like saying. that. I don't know. I'm trying to be. nice, you know, and I and I I think he.
can be a good guy and I want to be cool. with Daniel Larson. Oh yeah. I think I I. think my comments when I went live on. TikTok live, everyone was just like, "What do you have to say to Daniel. Larson? Like he wants to fight you." And. I would just be like, "Look, I'm sending. love to that guy." And I still I still. >> he has issues with you. >> But I still feel the same way, man. I I. hope that he I hope that he's okay, you. know? And um Yeah. >> How long has he been in jail? >> I guess like two years. I don't. >> Yeah, we haven't seen him in like 2. years. >> Well, well, uh,
>> right into the darker. >> Well, now to the really bad news. >> We talked about him earlier on the show. and we did a whole like to date. everything we know about David, but. there is a trial going on. I'm not sure. where. Is it in LA? >> I think so. Yeah, cuz I think it's like. day two today, so there'll probably be. more updates next week. But let's go. through all the new information that we. know. So, there were four chainsaws at. David's home. There were two red ones,
there's one handheld one, and another. blue one. Well, it turns out that the. three red colored one, one has a pink. handle, none of. >> Do you guys own a chainsaw? No. >> Yeah, I you know, I think one could be. valid. I think one chain, maybe you're. maybe you cut down trees or something. >> Four is insane. >> Four chainsaws? What the [ __ ] are you. doing with four chainsaws? >> Well, what happens when the other three. break? I see a comment saying someone. definitely helped David. Like I wonder. if you have four. Do you you think there.
was someone that helped him? >> That's a theory. I guess there's a. YouTube video. where somebody like these two girls were. at David's house and in the background. you could hear David talking with a. friend being like, "Oh yeah, we did. something to her." And he said, "We. remember seeing that clip like a while. ago.". >> Damn. >> Now the blue chainsaw. We have no idea. where this is at. Looks like he got it. from maybe like a Postmates or something. along those lines. So, when it comes to. the chainsaw theory, we've always heard. like there's two.
>> Postmates chainsaw chainsaws. >> What the [ __ ]. >> You can just get by a chainsaw and post. Imagine being that Postmate driver being. like, "Holy shit.". >> Like, "Oh my god, I did I dropped it off. at that house.". >> Like, imagine they're seeing it now and. they're like, "What? I knew that.". Imagine they had a weird feeling. They're just doing their job. >> Well, cuz think about it at the time, too. You're like, "Holy [ __ ] I got a. Postmates to David, this musician guy.". I like they were probably like, "Oh, cool." Like I bet the Postmates person. probably knows. >> Mhm. >> Can I also just say that this guy's. incredible, the guy who's reporting. this, he's like taking breaks in between.
the in between this thing. I don't know. I'm not good with these like big words, but in between when they're taking. breaks and stuff, he's like coming and. just like informing people. >> Yeah. Like perfectly with names and. everything, >> which is great. So that's shout out to. this guy. >> Yeah. >> Shout out to Sloan. >> Sorry, real quick. Can you Postmates a. gun? >> There's no way. >> I'm [laughter] just one. I'm like, if. you can postmates a chainsaw, that's. insane. I'm like, what can you and can't. you? >> Well, like in Texas, in those states, you can buy a gun over the counter,
right? So, technically, you. >> like theoretically. >> Wow. I don't know. I honestly have no. idea, but this is something I'm. learning. >> There was a fire mat that was also. purchased on Amazon from David under a. fake name. The mat has not been found. The mat could withstand 3,000° of fire. heat, I guess. Oh, and the. >> What's a fire mat? Can I just ask? >> iPhone that was. >> it's like to put out fires. >> Yeah, I'm guessing it's to put out fires. or like fire safety. Like something that. doesn't feel as hot cuz like metal or.
certain things can get hot. It seems. like something you just put. >> And then also, is he trying to say he. didn't do it? Is that what he's doing or. or is does he just have to show up? I'm. confused. Like. >> it seems like they're playing innocent. or it might be. >> I don't know what they're pleading but. >> does it start with people showing. evidence against him and then it's up to. him if he defends himself. I'm just. trying to figure out what he's saying. >> Yeah. Oh wow. >> He's pleaded non- guilty. >> What?
>> Crazy. >> Facing felonies. >> That's crazy with all this [ __ ] against. him. >> Just confirming I went to Home Depot and. Uber Eats and you can totally order a. chainsaw. >> What? That's crazy. There's a bunch of them. >> Yeah. I just look at it. >> What? >> Holy [ __ ]. >> Yeah. How is that allowed? >> Something about that. >> It's 25% off. What the [ __ ]. >> Is there Is there an age limit on the. chainsaw? >> Right. >> Right. That's a good question.
>> Cuz there's literally an age limit for. like buying spray paint. So if you could. buy a chainsaw but you can't buy spray. paint, that's ridiculous. That is I'm. not but there probably is a age limit. >> I added it to the cart and it's not. saying anything. >> Yeah, it would say like you have to be. 21. >> They tell you like for alcohol or. something. >> Ridiculous that you could just buy a. chainsaw on Uber Eats or Postmates or. whatever, but you couldn't get you. couldn't get um whatever it's called. Spray paint. >> like. >> or a a Geek Bar.
>> Yeah. Literally, you can't buy a fruit. flavored vape. But you could go buy a. chainsaw. What? Somebody's got to do something. about that. >> So, I'm most confused about he left the. car 4 minutes from his house from July. to September. July 29th. Why? What? Like, what was his. plan? What was his plan? Like, what was. his plan? >> I have no idea. >> I'm so confused. >> He was on tour. >> Yeah, he was on tour. Remember when we.
had Baby No Money on the show and he was. playing a show and we were like there's. no way he could have done it cuz why. would he be playing a show. >> when all this news is coming out? He. played the show that night. >> Somebody I don't that so he just forgot. about. >> I feel like he almost wanted people to. find it. I read somewhere that he used. to love watching like gore videos and. really graphic [ __ ] and someone said. that like he like idolized these like. anime characters and stuff like and a. lot of his music videos there was like. anime characters and I don't know some.
of the animes he watched were all. twisted. Someone commented and said that. in the courtroom when they were showing. the pictures of Celeste, he looked like. relieved almost because he had an. addiction to watching that gore stuff. What. >> and so in jail he's not able to watch. it. And so someone was like, "Imagine if. that was like him getting a fix. >> of of watching something like that.". >> Like I think he was just absolutely. twisted. All his merch had blood on it. I think he was actually very twisted.
>> Yeah. I mean, that's a given, but like. this guy was like really sick in the. [ __ ] head. Whoa. >> Like, he has a song called Romantic. Homicide. To him, it's almost like I think he like. romanticized the idea of this stuff. >> and the like how is he pleading not. guilty. when they found it in his car and they. have all this evidence against him. I. don't understand how he.
like if he cuz a part of me is like was. he trying not to get caught that's why. he cut off you know a finger that had. his name on it but then why would you. just leave a body in a car registered to. your name when you have burn cages at. your house? >> So does that does that make you think at. all that it could be someone else who. helped them do it? >> I think it was two people for sure. >> Yeah, >> I think so. >> I I think so today I think it might have. just been sloppy too. It's like he might. have just been running to tour. Like. he's not some mastermind. This is some.
[ __ ] idiot psychopath. It's like like. he definitely did and then was just. like, "All right, I guess I got to park. my I'll go a couple blocks over so that. they don't get to like I bet it was some. stupid [ __ ]. >> Most most serial killers are [ __ ]. idiots.". >> Yeah. >> Wow. >> I I definitely don't think he did it. alone though. >> Yeah, >> because there is a video on TikTok I saw. of these two girls in his house. Yeah. Wait, can you look up like two girls are. in his house and you could hear them in. the background talking about Celeste? He's like, "Oh yeah, we. >> I think I saw that.".
>> But do you think that clip was like they. they put captions on, but you can't. really like make out exactly what. they're saying. I think if we're talking. about the same clip, did you see the one. of the girl when he when he was on. stream and she's like, "Why does it. smell like that in here?" And he's like, "Oh, I just took a shit." And then him. and his friend look at each other like, >> "Wait, what?". >> He's like, "Yeah, you could go in. there." And she's like, "Why? Oh, I just. took a [ __ ] earlier. And they both like. looked at each other. >> When was that stream from? >> That's a good question. Can we find that.
clip, too? >> That's the way my bathroom smelled. I. took a. >> I don't care. I just took. >> another one. That's what I'm talking about. That's. what I'm talking about. >> I know. But people were saying the. friend looked very scared. Like, go back. to like 10 seconds. Go back 10 seconds. when when he mentions the smell. Look at. >> iron in there. That's the way my. bathroom smelled. I took it. >> I don't care. I just took. >> another one.
That's what I'm talking about. That's. what I'm talking about. >> Oh no. >> Oh, his. >> kind of It kind of looked a little bit. like. >> Look at his He looks like. >> a little bit scared. I also saw a video. of like one of his like friends that was. a girl on stream and she was talking. about like minors really really weird. and saying like. >> when they were at like Dave and Busters. or something. I saw that clip. >> and she like said something that was. like um oh and if anybody finds out and. then she went like this. It was weird.
What? And that by the way they said that. clip was 2 months after he allegedly did. it. >> The the [ __ ] one. Yeah. Yeah. >> That's insane. That's why where are. these people now that were in his house. like. >> No, his friend got taken into custody. >> Really? >> The guy who's in that clip with him, I. think. And then I think they might have. let him go. They brought him in to. interrogate him to ask him questions. >> cuz wait, can you look up like what's. that guy's name? It should be in the. article. And then can you look up him. getting I don't want to say things that. aren't true. Oh yeah, that guy.
>> after failure to appear as witness. >> And that was the guy in the video giving. that look. >> Yes. You see what I'm saying? >> Isn't that crazy? >> Isn't that actually kind of crazy? >> Whoa. >> Neo. >> Oh, yeah. >> Wait, what? >> Wait, but what? So, he was arrested for. failure to what? >> He didn't show up in court. He was. arrested. >> That's sus. That's sus. Why didn't you. show up in court? He.
>> And he was making that face. Became a. key witness. So, he's in this trial. Is. he arrested, too? >> No. I remember he put something out on. his story after being like, "The reason. I didn't like I show up to court is cuz. I don't associate with him and I don't. want to be associated to that." Like. saying, "But you're a key witness and. defend yourself.". >> That was also like your best friend. Like, >> and you would show up then.
>> I don't know. >> You would show up. You would show up and. then just tell people what happened. >> I don't associate myself with Evan, but. I went to court. Like, what? Me and. >> my lawyer were actually planning on. making a statement soon, but obviously. now is the best time since TMZ decided. to leave out the actual full statement. Here you go. My client, Mr. Langston, will not make. any public statement at this time as the. investigation is ongoing. What I can. share is that since returning to Los. Angeles, Mr. Langston has fully. cooperated with law enforcement and will. continue to assist the pro prosecution.
as needed. As the investigation. continues, it will become clear that Mr. Langston played no part in this heinous. crime and that he was and continues to. be wrongfully persecuted. >> Is that how you say that? Persecuted in. the court of public opinion resulting in. unwarranted and belligerent harassment. directed toward my client and his. family. We sincerely hope that justice. is ultimately served for the victim and. her. >> Nah. So what? Your lawyer typed that on.
the notes app? >> I don't know. Doesn't that like is that. like an official statement? >> Something. >> Shocky law. >> Oh, and now it's now it's from his. perspective. >> But I thought it he just No, that's so. weird. >> Wasn't it from his lawyers? >> Yeah, there was a quote at the end. though. It says quote shock. >> But then why on the next screen is it. from his after it says my client will. not make a public statement. And then he. 17 seconds later he posts his statement. and without quotations which would be a. quote from him. It's like from his.
perspective. Isn't that kind of weird? >> I don't know. >> Should I read this out loud? >> His face to the thing about the smell is. unreal. >> I don't know. >> That is unreal. >> Can we look up how many days this trial. is going for? cuz I think there was. actually day two posts too cuz I think. today was day. >> second day. Yeah, >> sure. It'll go on for a while. >> I I think it goes till they find a.
verdict. >> I I don't think they got an end date on. this. >> Wow. >> But. >> wow. >> Uh is there any posts from day two? Cuz. that was day one, right? >> Yeah, there is. >> Oh, yeah. There's a bunch more. Guys got. like 30 videos. >> I just didn't know how much of it we. wanted to watch. >> Yeah, let's let's go with everything. that's out so far. discourse in the. comment section about Celeste's parents. And I just want to say as someone who. was right next to them all day today, you could see the sadness in her. parents' eyes. Her father specifically. just seemed so upset and just lost and.
confused. And to see your daughter in. that state, I mean, her mom cried. several times throughout the trial. And. her sister was right there grieving the. loss of Celeste. and to see her in that. manner. I don't know if they they've. ever even seen these photographs of her. Um I wouldn't be surprised if this was. the first time. And I know her mom was. looking down, but a lot of people are. blaming her parents. David is the one. who's on trial right now. I mean, say. what you want, but they seem.
heartbroken, upset they're here showing. up for their daughter. And um looking at. the evidence and seeing what David has. done, it's clear that he is the one who. is responsible. He manipulated her. The. guy's a sociopath. I mean, looking at. him today, I didn't see him have any. remorse. He's out there like this all. day like this. >> That's crazy. >> Glasses on. And. >> to me, I didn't see an inkling of of a. soul in him. And maybe that sounds. dramatic, but you have to see him in.
person to believe it. And these people. aren't the ones to blame. I'm telling. you. >> How did you guys feel meeting him in. >> I was actually just going to say he was. wearing contacts when I met him and he. did look scary as [ __ ] But I think that. also could just be me thinking back to. it. >> Yeah. >> Being like, "Oh my god." But but low key. when I think back to it, he was wearing. these like white contacts that made his. eyes look like just pupil or just what's. the white part of your eye called? >> It was something like that. So looking.
back on it, definitely weird. What about. you? >> I feel like em I feel like when me and. Emma ran into him, I was like. I I don't know cuz at the time I was. like that is so cool. Like wow, he's so. cool. >> That's [ __ ] weird. >> What? There was no weird vibes. >> I don't know. I. I was like way too under the influence. every time I've been around him. >> that like if we like could have had a. conversation with him couldn't have told.
you like anything about him like. >> but I don't know. >> it's so eerie how many people we know. that like have talked to him at LA. parties. >> and also how many people were actually. like close friends. >> like. >> there's some close friends that we all. know. >> Yeah. >> That were very close with him. >> What's crazy is near the time of this. happening, I do remember, I've talked. about this before, he was on every. single party full I was sent when I had. never really seen him on party fools.
before, but right around the summer when. all this started happening, he was at. every single party. Every party f was. David, David, David was on every [ __ ]. list. >> He was outside. >> Yeah. Like right after this happened. >> And this would have been after. >> Yeah. After crazy. It's almost like celebrating it. But I. will never forget that. >> Yeah, it's [ __ ] up. >> It's actually crazy how like well. >> versed he was in LA. Like especially. right around when this stuff was going.
on. Like I genuinely wish. >> it would have been after. >> I genuinely wish I like had. screenshotted all the times like I saw. his name on lists. >> Yeah, >> it was crazy. Yeah, >> cuz we that's only day one so I'm sure. there will be a ton of information about. the whole rest of That's [ __ ] wild. >> trial. But that's [ __ ] insane with. all the chainsaws being able to order. one on Postmates. >> Like what the. >> Yeah. Wow. >> Well, >> condolences to the family. >> Yeah.
Prayers to her family and her friends. And. that'll, you know, that'll do it. That's. the end of the episode, everybody. We're. going to um head over to bangitout.com. and we love all of you. Thank you for. watching. >> Mhm. And we'll see you guys. >> Tell the people to subscribe. >> Subscribe. Comment if you made it this. far. Comment. >> wifi. >> Okay. I like that idea. Um actually.
comment wifi or data. >> Data. >> Whatever you like better. >> Yeah, exactly. All right. Thank you guys. for watching and we will see you next. week. >> Peace. >> And you can tell your friends we'll be. together till the end. Girl, you can. wear my sweatshirt. Subscribe. [sighs].
>> [laughter].
