Uh well, I just on some random [ __ ]. like I randomly was at my friend's house. one day and they had a studio in their. basement. Mhm. >> And so, [ __ ] they was just like, "Hey, you want to make a song?" I'm like, "Fuck it.". And that's literally how it came about.

but for right now, I'm kind of just. focused on the music and. really I kind of put like all the acting. and stuff into like my music videos and. [ __ ] I usually uh. am really involved with the process of. creating the treatments and [ __ ] Mhm. So, yeah. What's like your writing process like, though? How do you is are you just. freestyling or you actually writing? Yeah, I usually freestyle when I'm in. the studio. Uh. just like what's on my mind. You know, I.

have something that's bothering me and. I'll get that [ __ ] out. >> Mhm. You know, and and you know, my. songs they'll be like multiple. plot points and storylines. Sometimes. it's random, but it all ties back. together Yeah. at the end. Hell yeah. You ever make a song after. and then you're like, "I don't like this. one" or do you like everything you make? Uh there's some songs, yeah, like I'm. like, "Nah, I don't really like this. one." Mhm. Damn. >> Yeah. >> [laughter].

I mean, I think somebody who was close to him. showed him my music and. you know, he really [ __ ] with it, so. he. wanted me to, you know, write his whole. album. Mhm. So, yeah, I was working with.

I don't think anybody should look at me. and try to be see me as a role model or. anything. I mean, I kind of do because. you know, I. really you know, made a way for myself. and I'm able to take care of my family.

My mom is always very skeptical, but she. takes a. more of a. just like a backseat approach cuz she. knows I'm not going to listen to that. [ __ ] Mhm. but you're on your own journey and and I. trust and believe that you'll make the. right decisions and even if you don't, then I'll be here for advice to help you. pick up the pieces." Right. So, yes. I mean, you know, he he had spoken. to my mom actually on Mother's Day. Um. Which was which was very nice. So, I say. he's not like the worst person in the. world or. even like a horrible guy. He does a lot. of stupid ass [ __ ] Mhm. Like really.

dumb [ __ ] but. you know, it's just like I really just. got to separate myself. I can't Yeah. be. around that [ __ ] And was that kind of. when this ended, this relationship with. Ye, then did that kind of inspire you to. make this change in your life and be on. the journey that you're on right now? Well, the thing is, you know, he I was. actually [ __ ] man. I've been off and on. the the health journey for a while, you. know what I'm saying? But this recent. change, you know, I got to give it all. to to my wife, you know? I really just.

like. her being in my life just makes me want. to be. a better person for her. Aw. >> You know? Um. not only for myself, but. for her, you know what I'm saying? And. you know, she really encourages me. I've. been with plenty of other I've been in. other relationships where they were just. not encouraging on the health journey or. saying like, "You cannot do that [ __ ]. Like you should just [ __ ] give up.". I've just heard wild [ __ ] from somebody. who I was who claimed that they loved.

me, you know? Right. But just when I met. her, name is Sierra. When I met Sierra, she just wasn't like that. And she was. very encouraging and actually doing the. [ __ ] with me and. you know, we have a lot of days where. it's. you know, some days where I'm just not. encouraged and you know, she really. encourages me and helps me make sure. that I get up and. do the [ __ ] that I that I'm supposed to. do. Yeah. Mhm. What what is like that daily routine of. like on this journey? Are you Are you.

going to the gym every day? Are you. eating better? >> Uh yeah, definitely yeah, definitely um. eating better. Going to the gym every day and really. just making sure I get more movement. throughout the day. And [ __ ]. What is that? Just just some cardio or. >> like walking around.
