Well, actually my cousin, she was like, "Get. your ass in the doctor. You got free. healthcare. >> What's your favorite kind What's your. favorite kind of juice? >> Uh pomegranate.

always black dudes always calling hoes. [ __ ] Anyway, [laughter] so. so I was like, "All right, what's next?". And he say, "Okay, I need you to go in. and take some blood cuz I'm concerned. about you. Give some blood." I'm. concerned. I said, "Okay." So I go in. and then I come back 3 weeks later. He's. like, "Hey, man, you got diabetes." So I. had early stage of that and then so I. was having issues with my stomach like I. told you guys. He said, "Well, let me. send you in to get a ultrasound on your.

abdomen." So he goes in, I go in, they. do the exam and then I come back and. they go, "Hey man, you got two lesions. on both of your kidneys. You got. something on your kidneys and you got. something on your liver." And they said, "So we got to do more testing and blah. blah blah." And then he said, "Because. of all of this, I'm going to send you to. go get a colonoscopy." So I go do the. colonoscopy. They find a polip and they. like, "Oh man, we got to we got to Oh, I. also went to the urologist too.". [laughter] So So I got a test come I got. to get the results. So I actually just.

did a CT scan for that this past. Thursday. >> I can't believe they fit so many bad. things in such a small box. >> Yeah. [laughter]. >> It's crowded in there. It's like. >> a lot of It's like trying to put. jawbreakers in a lemon head box. It's. [laughter]. >> like. >> It fits. It fits. It fits. But you know, here's the good news. You look a. thousand times better. You look healthy. as [ __ ]. >> Tell him why. You told me what you were. up to. He said no. He cut out no booze. No junk food. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. [laughter].

>> Would you ever throw out no booze? We. don't do that. >> Wait a minute. You said no pheno. No. >> Well, here's what happened. So, >> you said I'm not drinking wine for a. while, Tino. That's what you said. [laughter]. >> I sound just like me. [ __ ] you guy. Uh, what it was was the doctor when I told. him about the wine, he's like, no. He. said, "The things that's happened to you. is mostly due to your sugar." He said, "It's affecting your pancreas, your. liver, and everything." He said, "So, wine is good. You can chew it, but you. still got to do it only two glasses a. day." And I said, "Yeah, that's already. what I always was doing. I don't drink. like get y'all know that I don't drink.

I get drunk.". >> Yeah. Sometimes over here you did. >> No, never. >> You had. >> two always. >> Always two. >> Always. >> Well, let's get back. Get some wine, please. So the thing was was when when the test. he when the test came back about the. liver he was like so what you want to do. for right now until we see what's going. on he said because it it mostly points. to fatty liver due to diabet being over. with over diabetes he said so just we. want to scale back on that so I said I'm. going to stop period so that's what I.

did I just stopped not period BUT. [laughter]. >> I got a little but you haven't drank in. a while Yeah. Then too like the thing. like especially for for disclosure to. you bad friends who on they always. talking about yeah he's a [ __ ]. alcoholic. >> You said yeah it's like. >> I'm the alcoholic. I depended on you for. some reason. >> I've always since I was young never been. able to get drunk. Like it makes like I. get really sick. My mother actually had. an intolerance to alcohol. She couldn't. drink at all. So I have kind of the same.

thing. If I drink more than two, three, I get really sick. M. >> So like sometimes I would sneak and try. to do like four glasses. Man, I'm over. there hurting, throwing, man. It's for. the worst. So I would always stick to. two, three tops. >> But no sugar. >> No sugar. So through intermittent. fasting. >> twice a week. Sometimes the 168 and. sometimes twice I did 48 hours in a row. Tried to go three straight. That [ __ ] is. rough. >> Yeah. You can't do that. You end up. looking like Carlos. >> Yeah. >> Well, it's actually really good for you.

because it causes a topy. And when. autophagy occurs, that's when the cells. start eating each other and they start. looking not eating each other, but they. start looking for things to eat. So, first you start off by eating your fat. in your body. >> They eat the weakest cells. >> Yeah. Yep. Yep. So, the longer you can. go, the better the autophagy. So, doctors recommend doing it only with. water fasting. I did it twice without. and then when I started doing the. fasting, I would do lemon water to. replace my electrolytes. >> That's right. >> So, you lose electrolytes when you fast. Yeah. So, y'all be careful. But it's.

actually super great for you. So my A1C. went down from 6.6 to 5.9. >> OH, WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. >> How's your Is your mental function. better, you think, when when you fast. People say they see something in their. brain function. >> The best feeling in the world after when. you get to that 48 hour point. I've. never even I'm like they call it. lightheaded, but it's almost like you're. high. It's like the best feeling in the. world. I said, man. And I want to You. want to keep going, but your mind you're. fighting with your mind because you're. not really that hungry either. It's like. a weird space you in. You feel like.

you're floating. >> and it's one of the most beautiful. feeling. I'm like, man, this is amazing. So, I always try now just to fast just. because of the feeling of it. It's like. a [sighs]. >> What was the sugars that you were. intaking a lot? >> Um, >> was it sweets or was it just. >> Okay, last year was the year last year. was the year that I've ever ate like. this, right? So, when I was on Bad. Friends, I was roughly about kind of. where where I am now. So when I left and. last year I went to New York, came back.

in February from there I just was in the. house and when I tell you I was eating. bad to where the point where my cousin. recognized it when she would talk to me. on the phone she was like cuz I told her. what I ate and I had ate I would always. eat a Starbucks little donut and some. coffee every [snorts] morning no food. and then sometimes and then wait till. about afternoon 2 o'clock and I'm like. you know what I'm going have a little. wine. [laughter]. So now I'm drinking wine. Yeah. >> On coffee and and Starbucks, you know. what I'm saying? Cupcakes and [ __ ] And.

I was totally just [ __ ] myself. And. then I would eat and I said, "Damn, I. ain't ate eight. IT'S 5:00. LET ME. [laughter] LET ME GO ON TO Jack in the. Box. I don't feel like cooking. It's too. hot." So I did that [ __ ] and I got in a. >> What would you get? What would you get. at Jack in the Box? I always get the. tacos. You ever get the tacos? >> Hell no. That's going to Taco [laughter]. Bell. I DON'T TRUST THEY TACOS. >> WHO THE egg rolls? >> Damn you. You can make them yourself. Make that a family recipe. And it made me. think of him. and we just started. chatting and and he said he want maybe. we'll come back on the show and I said. well you holler when I said well we're. going to be doing it and I get back he's. like I'll come through and I think it. was about time there's that's him that's. who no that's just finding black guys on. the internet.
